【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"扶貧攻堅戰(zhàn)的開局之年,隨著改革步入攻堅期和深水區(qū),扶貧攻堅也面臨不少新挑戰(zhàn)。對此,由浙江大學(xué)中國農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院(卡特)、貴州省威寧縣人民政府主辦,浙江大學(xué)減貧與發(fā)展研究中心承辦的"2016中國減貧與改革策論會:實踐者與研究者對話"于2016年11月19日-20日在貴州威寧召開。會議誠邀國內(nèi)扶貧領(lǐng)域的專家學(xué)者以及陜西、云南、貴州等省十余貧困市縣領(lǐng)導(dǎo),就這一主題展開深入對話和研討,以期及時總結(jié)"十三五"扶貧攻堅新成果,了解
[Abstract]:2016 is the beginning of the "13th Five-Year Plan" war on poverty alleviation. As reform steps into the critical period and deep water area, poverty alleviation also faces many new challenges. In this regard, sponsored by the China Institute of Rural Development, Zhejiang University (Carter), and the people's Government of Weining County, Guizhou Province, The 2016 China Society on Poverty reduction and Reform Strategies: dialogue between Practitioners and researchers, sponsored by the Center for Poverty reduction and Development Studies of Zhejiang University, was held in Weining, Guizhou Province, from November 19 to 20, 2016. The meeting cordially invited domestic experts and scholars in the field of poverty alleviation, as well as leaders of more than 10 poor cities and counties in Shaanxi, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, to carry out in-depth dialogues and discussions on this subject, with a view to promptly summing up the new achievements of the 13th Five-Year Plan in helping the poor, and to understand
