【摘要】：為探析新時(shí)期我國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平的時(shí)空差異及影響因素,利用2005—2014年的宏觀數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系,在評(píng)價(jià)各地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用泰爾指數(shù)分析其時(shí)空差異,并構(gòu)建計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型研究不同區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:1)我國農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),東部地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平最高,中部地區(qū)則相對(duì)較低。2)我國的農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平的區(qū)域差異明顯,相較于區(qū)域內(nèi)差異,區(qū)域間差異對(duì)總體差異的影響較大。3)東部農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平受第一產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值比重影響較大,其他區(qū)域則更容易受到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和城鎮(zhèn)化率的影響。因此,我國應(yīng)實(shí)行差異化的調(diào)控政策來提升農(nóng)業(yè)綠色生產(chǎn)水平。優(yōu)化發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,加快欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化步伐。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the spatio-temporal difference of agricultural green production level and its influencing factors in the new period, the index system was constructed by using the macroscopic data from 2005 to 2014. On the basis of evaluating the level of agricultural green production in various regions, the temporal and spatial differences of agricultural green production level were analyzed by using Thiel index. An econometric model was constructed to study the factors affecting the green production level of agriculture in different regions. The results show that: 1) the level of agricultural green production in China is on the rise, the level of agricultural green production in the eastern region is the highest, and the level in the central region is relatively low. 2) the regional differences in the level of green agricultural production in China are obvious, compared with the differences within the region. 3) the green agricultural production level in eastern China is affected by the proportion of the added value of the primary industry, while the other regions are more vulnerable to the social and economic development level and the urbanization rate. Therefore, our country should implement the differentiated regulation and control policy to improve the level of green agricultural production. Optimize the industrial layout of developed areas, accelerate the economic development and urbanization in less developed areas.
