【摘要】：隨著2013年中央一號文件對家庭農(nóng)場這一概念的提出,家庭農(nóng)場就在我國農(nóng)村中逐漸興起。家庭農(nóng)場不同于普通農(nóng)場的組織經(jīng)營形式,它有自身的優(yōu)點,如：勞動生產(chǎn)率較高、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)規(guī)�；�、管理上自主性強等特點,它將是推動我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要經(jīng)營形式之一。龍巖市在此背景下也適時提出家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展對策,規(guī)范界定家庭農(nóng)場的標準以及保持良好的家庭農(nóng)場經(jīng)營模式的對策。本文對龍巖市家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)營模式進行了分析,并對其相對于其他省份家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢進行比較。在龍巖市政府農(nóng)業(yè)部門對家庭農(nóng)場提供相應扶持條件的背景下,對家庭農(nóng)場變化視角下龍巖市農(nóng)業(yè)推廣服務進行綜合績效評價研究,根據(jù)實地調(diào)研、查閱相關的文獻資料并結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查的方式,對家庭農(nóng)場背景下龍巖市農(nóng)業(yè)推廣服務的因素進行績效評價,分析了龍巖市農(nóng)業(yè)推廣對于家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展中存在的不足,對龍巖市家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣擬提出了宏觀上的發(fā)展目標以及路徑選擇,并提出了在家庭農(nóng)場背景下,完善龍巖市農(nóng)業(yè)推廣服務體系的參考建議。本論文提出了龍巖市家庭農(nóng)場變化下農(nóng)業(yè)推廣服務發(fā)展的建議,對龍巖市家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣發(fā)展提出了一些新的思路,以達到家庭農(nóng)場在經(jīng)營模式上的創(chuàng)新,并提高家庭農(nóng)場的經(jīng)濟效益。本研究對龍巖市家庭發(fā)展背景下的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣服務工作具有比較重要的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the concept of family farm in the first document of the Central Committee in 2013, the family farm is gradually rising in the countryside of our country. Family farms are different from ordinary farms in their organizational and business forms. They have their own advantages, such as high labor productivity, large-scale production of agricultural products, strong autonomy in management, and so on. It will be one of the important management forms to promote the development of agriculture in our country. Under this background Longyan city also puts forward the development countermeasure of the family farm at the same time standardizing the standard of defining the family farm and maintaining the countermeasure of the good family farm management mode. This paper analyzes the present situation and management mode of family farm in Longyan city, and compares its advantages and disadvantages with that of other provinces. Under the background that the agricultural department of Longyan city provides the corresponding support conditions to the family farm, the comprehensive performance evaluation of agricultural extension service in Longyan city is studied from the perspective of the change of the family farm, according to the field investigation. Based on the relevant literature and questionnaire survey, the paper evaluates the factors of agricultural extension service in Longyan city under the background of family farm, and analyzes the shortcomings of agricultural extension in Longyan city for the development of family farm. This paper puts forward the macroscopic development goal and path choice for the agricultural extension of the family farm in Longyan city, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the agricultural extension service system in Longyan city under the background of the family farm. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of agricultural extension service under the change of the family farm in Longyan city, and puts forward some new ideas for the agricultural extension development of the family farm in Longyan city, in order to achieve the innovation of the family farm in the management mode. And raise the economic benefit of family farm. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for agricultural extension service under the background of family development in Longyan City.
