【摘要】：蔬菜的質(zhì)量和安全之間的關(guān)系人們的健康和生命安全,關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,人們也越來越提高蔬菜的質(zhì)量和安全要求。壽光市委、市政府一直是保護(hù)人們的健康和生命安全作為第一重要的位置,密切關(guān)注和蔬菜的質(zhì)量和安全,把提高蔬菜的質(zhì)量和安全是當(dāng)做一個的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。只有做好這方面的工作,抓好蔬菜質(zhì)量安全,滿足城鄉(xiāng)居民的需求,打破國外技術(shù)壁壘,加強(qiáng)蔬菜市場的競爭力,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,提高農(nóng)業(yè)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和改善農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境,就能促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)業(yè)效益和農(nóng)民收入。所以蔬菜質(zhì)量安全和提高競爭力的目標(biāo)起著非常重要的意義。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,壽光的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過了起步、發(fā)展、爆發(fā),現(xiàn)在進(jìn)入了一個穩(wěn)增長的階段,原來的以量取勝的模式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)當(dāng)前發(fā)展的需要,以質(zhì)取勝成為必然。但是壽光蔬菜的質(zhì)量安全現(xiàn)狀還存在一些問題,因?yàn)閴酃獾氖卟舜笈锎蟛糠秩匀惶幵谝患乙粦舴稚⒔?jīng)營的模式,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度低,質(zhì)量參差不齊,另外農(nóng)業(yè)投入品、種子種苗、貯存、銷售等領(lǐng)域的問題相對突出。論文主要有三部分:一是分析國內(nèi)外蔬菜質(zhì)量安全狀況;二是壽光蔬菜的現(xiàn)狀為樣本研究和開發(fā)質(zhì)量體系;三是壽光蔬菜質(zhì)量體系做一個未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety of vegetables are related to people's health and life safety, economic development and social stability. With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people also improve the quality and safety of vegetables more and more. Shouguang Municipal Committee and Municipal Government have been protecting people's health and life safety as the first important position, pay close attention to the quality and safety of vegetables, improve the quality and safety of vegetables is a strategic task. Only if we do a good job in this area, do a good job in vegetable quality and safety, meet the needs of urban and rural residents, break down foreign technical barriers, strengthen the competitiveness of the vegetable market, and promote the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure, The sustainable development of agriculture can be promoted by raising the comprehensive economic benefit of agriculture and improving the ecological environment of agriculture, and the benefit of agriculture and the income of farmers can be improved. Therefore, the goal of vegetable quality safety and competitiveness plays a very important role. After years of development, Shouguang's vegetable industry has started, developed and exploded. Now it has entered a stage of steady growth. The original pattern of winning by quantity has not adapted to the needs of current development, and it is inevitable to win by quality. However, there are still some problems in the quality and safety status of Shouguang vegetables, because most of Shouguang's vegetable sheds are still in a decentralized management mode, with low standardization and uneven quality. In addition, agricultural inputs, seeds and seedlings, Storage, sales and other areas of the problem is relatively prominent. There are three main parts of the paper: first, the analysis of the quality and safety of vegetables at home and abroad; second, the current situation of Shouguang vegetables for the sample research and development of the quality system; third, Shouguang vegetable quality system to do a future development trend.
