壽光市蔬菜質(zhì)量安全狀況調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:The quality and safety of vegetables are related to people's health and life safety, economic development and social stability. With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people also improve the quality and safety of vegetables more and more. Shouguang Municipal Committee and Municipal Government have been protecting people's health and life safety as the first important position, pay close attention to the quality and safety of vegetables, improve the quality and safety of vegetables is a strategic task. Only if we do a good job in this area, do a good job in vegetable quality and safety, meet the needs of urban and rural residents, break down foreign technical barriers, strengthen the competitiveness of the vegetable market, and promote the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure, The sustainable development of agriculture can be promoted by raising the comprehensive economic benefit of agriculture and improving the ecological environment of agriculture, and the benefit of agriculture and the income of farmers can be improved. Therefore, the goal of vegetable quality safety and competitiveness plays a very important role. After years of development, Shouguang's vegetable industry has started, developed and exploded. Now it has entered a stage of steady growth. The original pattern of winning by quantity has not adapted to the needs of current development, and it is inevitable to win by quality. However, there are still some problems in the quality and safety status of Shouguang vegetables, because most of Shouguang's vegetable sheds are still in a decentralized management mode, with low standardization and uneven quality. In addition, agricultural inputs, seeds and seedlings, Storage, sales and other areas of the problem is relatively prominent. There are three main parts of the paper: first, the analysis of the quality and safety of vegetables at home and abroad; second, the current situation of Shouguang vegetables for the sample research and development of the quality system; third, Shouguang vegetable quality system to do a future development trend.
