【摘要】：新發(fā)展理念包括創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享等五方面的內(nèi)涵,從當(dāng)前精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐來(lái)看可以發(fā)現(xiàn),創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是精準(zhǔn)扶貧的驅(qū)動(dòng)引擎,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展體現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)扶貧資源分配的公正性,綠色發(fā)展保障精準(zhǔn)扶貧的可持續(xù)性,開(kāi)放發(fā)展拓寬精準(zhǔn)扶貧的國(guó)際交流平臺(tái),共享發(fā)展提升精準(zhǔn)扶貧的社會(huì)效益。這五個(gè)方面也體現(xiàn)了新發(fā)展理念與精準(zhǔn)扶貧的契合性。當(dāng)前,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,精準(zhǔn)扶貧需要新發(fā)展理念的指導(dǎo),應(yīng)從重視精準(zhǔn)扶貧的機(jī)制體制創(chuàng)新、注重精準(zhǔn)扶貧的利益協(xié)調(diào)、加強(qiáng)精準(zhǔn)扶貧的生態(tài)資源保護(hù)、拓展精準(zhǔn)扶貧的開(kāi)放交流平臺(tái)、鞏固精準(zhǔn)扶貧的發(fā)展成果共享等方面找準(zhǔn)精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐突破方向。
[Abstract]:The new concept of development includes five aspects: innovation, coordination, green, openness, sharing, etc. From the current practice of precision poverty alleviation, we can see that innovation and development are the driving engine of precision poverty alleviation. Coordinated development embodies the fairness of resource allocation of precision poverty alleviation, green development guarantees the sustainability of precision poverty alleviation, open development broadens the international exchange platform for precision poverty alleviation, and shares development to enhance the social benefits of precision poverty alleviation. These five aspects also reflect the compatibility of the new development concept and precision poverty alleviation. At present, under the new normal of economic development, precision poverty alleviation needs the guidance of new development concept. We should pay attention to the mechanism and system innovation of precision poverty alleviation, focus on the coordination of interests of precision poverty alleviation, and strengthen the ecological resources protection of precision poverty alleviation. Expand the open communication platform of precision poverty alleviation, consolidate the development achievement sharing of precision poverty alleviation and find the breakthrough direction of precision poverty alleviation practice.
