【摘要】：馬克思、恩格斯的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展思想最先在蘇聯(lián)得以實踐,并經(jīng)歷了空想社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展觀的源起、科學社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展觀的形成、社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)全盤集體化思維模式的固化、社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展觀的教條化定勢,由此呈現(xiàn)出一幅社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的蘇聯(lián)理解史圖景。社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的蘇聯(lián)理解脈絡,啟迪了中國特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化道路的探索:第一,增強社會主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的道路自信與理論自信;第二,解決"新三農(nóng)"問題的路徑是"精準扶貧";第三,"精準扶貧"的抓手是構(gòu)建高效"集體組織"。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels' agricultural development thought was first put into practice in the Soviet Union, and experienced the origin of the utopian socialist agricultural development concept, the formation of the scientific socialist agricultural development view, and the solidification of the overall collectivized thinking mode of socialist agriculture. The dogmatism of the concept of socialist agricultural development presents a picture of the Soviet Union's understanding of the development of socialist agriculture. The Soviet Union's understanding of the development of socialist agriculture has inspired the exploration of the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics: first, to strengthen the road confidence and theoretical confidence in the development of socialist agriculture; second, The way to solve the problem of "three rural areas" is "precision poverty alleviation"; third, the grasp of "precision poverty alleviation" is the construction of efficient "collective organization".
