基于碳排放的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)冷鏈物流需求的快速增長(zhǎng),冷鏈物流的快速發(fā)展所導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。近年來(lái),政府不斷出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策措施保障和推進(jìn)我國(guó)來(lái)冷鏈物流健康和快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)也將冷鏈物流的“節(jié)能減排”列入到發(fā)展目標(biāo)中去,以促進(jìn)冷鏈物流的低碳綠色和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文主要圍繞冷鏈物流碳排放問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了深入研究,以碳足跡為研究對(duì)象,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)冷鏈物流活動(dòng)中碳足跡的有效測(cè)算和管理,揭示冷鏈物流活動(dòng)碳足跡的來(lái)源以及影響因素等;進(jìn)一步分析在碳稅交易制度下碳足跡對(duì)冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)的影響狀況,為實(shí)現(xiàn)冷鏈物流活動(dòng)的碳足跡管理提供參考和借鑒。本文研究的具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)碳足跡的相關(guān)概念、研究方法等進(jìn)行了梳理和綜述,為構(gòu)建冷鏈物流碳足跡的測(cè)算模型奠定了基礎(chǔ);進(jìn)一步對(duì)低碳供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),對(duì)考慮碳排放的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的構(gòu)建提供了參考和依據(jù)。其次,構(gòu)建了冷鏈物流碳足跡測(cè)算模型。綜合冷鏈物流企業(yè)碳足跡的管理、冷藏物流鏈的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合生命周期評(píng)估方法以及投入產(chǎn)出的分析方法,對(duì)冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)碳足跡的來(lái)源、計(jì)算邊界以及計(jì)算方法等進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,對(duì)于影響冷鏈物流碳排放的因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)說(shuō)明,建立起冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)碳足跡的概念模型和計(jì)算框架,為冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)碳足跡的有效測(cè)算提供了依據(jù)。再次,將碳足跡與冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)模型相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建考慮碳排放的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。根據(jù)冷鏈物流的特點(diǎn)以及易腐產(chǎn)品的易腐性特征,對(duì)于冷鏈物流環(huán)節(jié)中易腐產(chǎn)品的易腐性特征從庫(kù)存模型以及腐爛變質(zhì)成本進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,結(jié)合冷藏運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)過(guò)程中碳排放的主要影響因素,構(gòu)建了考慮碳排放的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)模型,并根據(jù)基本假設(shè)的前提,建立其相關(guān)的約束條件,最后對(duì)多目標(biāo)的求解處理方法以及不同階段的系統(tǒng)模型求解方法進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。最后,對(duì)冷鏈物流碳足跡的概念模型以及考慮碳排放的冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)模型進(jìn)行了算例分析;結(jié)果顯示,系統(tǒng)總成本最小為354.74萬(wàn)元,對(duì)應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)碳排放總量為148.62噸;當(dāng)冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)的碳排放量最小時(shí),此時(shí)冷藏車的行駛速度為80km/h,對(duì)應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)總成本則為145.21萬(wàn)元。通過(guò)敏感性分析可以發(fā)現(xiàn),碳稅價(jià)格會(huì)給冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)更多的額外成本;腐損率的提高會(huì)增加系統(tǒng)的總成本和導(dǎo)致更多的碳排放量。通過(guò)構(gòu)建冷鏈物流碳排放概念模型對(duì)冷鏈物流活動(dòng)中的碳足跡進(jìn)行有效的測(cè)算,構(gòu)建冷鏈系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,促進(jìn)冷鏈物流的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化。在促進(jìn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、低碳冷鏈和促進(jìn)冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方面具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the demand for cold chain logistics in China, the environmental problems caused by the rapid development of cold chain logistics have been paid more and more attention by the society. In recent years, the government has continuously issued relevant policies and measures to ensure and promote the healthy and rapid development of cold chain logistics in China. At the same time, the "energy saving and emission reduction" of cold chain logistics has also been included in the development goals. In order to promote the cold chain logistics low carbon green and sustainable development. This paper mainly focuses on the carbon emissions of cold chain logistics, taking carbon footprint as the research object, realizes the effective measurement and management of carbon footprint in cold chain logistics activities, and reveals the source of carbon footprint of cold chain logistics activities and its influencing factors. The paper further analyzes the influence of carbon footprint on cold chain logistics system under the carbon tax trading system, and provides a reference for the realization of carbon footprint management of cold chain logistics activities. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the related concepts and research methods of carbon footprint at home and abroad are combed and summarized, which lays a foundation for the calculation model of cold chain logistics carbon footprint; Furthermore, the related theories of low-carbon supply chain are summarized, which provides a reference and basis for the construction of cold-chain logistics system network model considering carbon emissions. Secondly, a cold chain logistics carbon footprint calculation model is constructed. Based on the management of carbon footprint of cold chain logistics enterprises, the characteristics of refrigerated logistics chain, combined with life cycle assessment method and input-output analysis method, the origin, calculation boundary and calculation method of carbon footprint of cold chain logistics system are explained. The factors affecting the carbon emissions of cold chain logistics are evaluated, and the conceptual model and calculation framework of carbon footprint of cold chain logistics system are established, which provides a basis for the effective calculation of carbon footprint of cold chain logistics system. Thirdly, combining the carbon footprint with the cold chain logistics system network design model, a cold chain logistics system network model considering carbon emissions is constructed. According to the characteristics of cold chain logistics and perishability of perishable products, the perishability characteristics of perishable products in cold chain logistics are explained from inventory model and decomposed cost. Combined with the main influencing factors of carbon emission in the process of refrigerated transportation, the model of cold-chain logistics system considering carbon emissions is constructed, and the relevant constraints are established according to the premise of basic assumptions. Finally, the multi-objective solving method and the system model solving method in different stages are explained. Finally, the conceptual model of cold chain logistics carbon footprint and the model of cold chain logistics system considering carbon emissions are analyzed. The results show that the total cost of the system is 3.5474 million yuan and the corresponding total carbon emission is 148.62 tons. When the carbon emission of the cold chain logistics system is the minimum, the speed of the refrigerated car is 80 km / h, and the total cost of the system is 1.4521 million yuan. Through sensitivity analysis, it can be found that the carbon tax price will bring more additional costs to the cold-chain logistics system, and the increase of the decay rate will increase the total cost of the system and lead to more carbon emissions. By constructing the concept model of carbon emission in cold chain logistics, the carbon footprint in cold chain logistics is measured effectively, and the simulation model of cold chain system is constructed, and through empirical analysis, the sustainable development of cold chain logistics is promoted. To maximize environmental and economic benefits. It has important significance in promoting low carbon economy, low carbon cold chain and optimizing cold chain logistics system.
