【摘要】："三農(nóng)"問題是黨和國家歷年工作的重點,關(guān)系到全面小康社會的順利實現(xiàn)和國家的長治久安。而農(nóng)民收入增加是"三農(nóng)"問題的根本落腳點,農(nóng)村金融作為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的動力源泉和支撐,是促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收、全面建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的重要手段和途徑。因此,深入分析和研究我國農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)與農(nóng)民收入增長的關(guān)系,對進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和農(nóng)民收入增加具有重要意義。文章通過構(gòu)建我國農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)評價體系,利用線性回歸方程與格蘭杰因果檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)與農(nóng)民收入具有長期穩(wěn)定的協(xié)整關(guān)系,并且隨著農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)水平的進(jìn)一步提高,農(nóng)民收入將會大幅增加,其增速將遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過農(nóng)民金融服務(wù)的增長速度。由此,加快農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè),完善和提高農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)水平,將是下一階段促進(jìn)農(nóng)民收入增加的重要舉措和途徑。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the focus of the past years of work of the Party and the country, which is related to the smooth realization of a well-off society in an all-round way and the long-term stability of the country. The increase of farmers' income is the fundamental foothold of the "three rural areas" problem. As the motive source and support of rural economic development, rural finance is an important means and way to promote farmers' income increase and build a new socialist countryside in an all-round way. Therefore, it is of great significance to further promote the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers' income by deeply analyzing and studying the relationship between rural financial services and farmers' income growth. By constructing the evaluation system of rural financial services in China, using linear regression equation and Granger causality test, it is found that rural financial services and farmers' income have a long-term stable co-integration relationship. With the further improvement of the level of rural financial services, farmers' income will increase substantially, and the growth rate will far exceed the growth rate of rural financial services. Therefore, speeding up the construction of rural financial service system and perfecting and improving the level of rural financial services will be the important measures and ways to promote the increase of farmers' income in the next stage.
