【摘要】：我國(guó)多數(shù)貧困地區(qū)雖然在產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、區(qū)位條件、資金與技術(shù)稟賦等方面處于明顯劣勢(shì)地位,從而在很大程度上影響了其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,但從現(xiàn)代旅游休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的角度看則具備了發(fā)展旅游休閑業(yè)的獨(dú)特條件。本研究立足旅游休閑業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律與我國(guó)旅游休閑業(yè)快速發(fā)展的背景,跳出以往對(duì)貧困地區(qū)一般產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展劣勢(shì)研究的窠臼,從逆向思維的角度對(duì)貧困地區(qū)發(fā)展旅游休閑業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并借鑒美國(guó)旅游休閑業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出貧困地區(qū)"旅游脫貧"的具體實(shí)施思路和對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Although most poverty-stricken areas in China are in an obvious inferior position in terms of industrial basis, location conditions, capital and technology endowment, this has greatly affected their economic development. But from the point of view of the development of modern tourism leisure industry, it has the unique conditions of developing tourism leisure industry. This study is based on the background of the development of tourism leisure industry and the rapid development of tourism leisure industry in China. This paper analyzes the advantages of developing tourism leisure industry in poverty-stricken areas from the perspective of reverse thinking, and draws lessons from the experience of the development of tourism leisure industry in the United States, and puts forward the concrete implementation ideas and countermeasures of "tourism poverty relief" in poor areas.
