【摘要】：中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院認(rèn)真履行農(nóng)業(yè)科研"國(guó)家隊(duì)"使命,深入落實(shí)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和農(nóng)業(yè)部"一控兩減三基本"目標(biāo)任務(wù),針對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重大科技需求,依托科技創(chuàng)新工程和國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟,牽頭開展了主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色增產(chǎn)增效技術(shù)集成模式研究與示范,為農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供新的技術(shù)路線、技術(shù)模式,經(jīng)過(guò)4年的探索實(shí)踐,取得了初步的成效。本文主要介紹這項(xiàng)行動(dòng)的主要做法、評(píng)估初步成效、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示,并對(duì)如何在全國(guó)擴(kuò)大推廣提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences conscientiously fulfilled the "national team" mission of agricultural scientific research, thoroughly implemented the national innovation-driven development strategy and the Ministry of Agriculture's target task of "one control, two minus three basic", in order to meet the major scientific and technological needs of modern agricultural development. Relying on the Science and Technology Innovation Project and the National Alliance for Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation, we have led the research and demonstration of the technology integration model of the main agricultural products, which provides a new technical route for the agricultural supply-side structural adjustment and sustainable development. Technological model, after 4 years of exploration and practice, has achieved preliminary results. This paper mainly introduces the main practice of this action, evaluates the preliminary effect, summarizes the experience and enlightenment, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to expand and popularize in the whole country.
