福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,逐漸成為提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)主體互補(bǔ)發(fā)展的重要手段。中國(guó)的茶產(chǎn)業(yè)向新型現(xiàn)代化茶業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)程中,大量市場(chǎng)主體(茶葉企業(yè)、茶葉合作組織、茶農(nóng)家庭經(jīng)營(yíng)等)出現(xiàn),也形成了一些初級(jí)的區(qū)域集中。但新的市場(chǎng)主體多數(shù)規(guī)模小,技術(shù)水平不高,生產(chǎn)效率低,實(shí)力普遍不足,面對(duì)共同的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,產(chǎn)品和銷(xiāo)售模式同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,容易形成惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),嚴(yán)重制約了茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。福建作為中國(guó)的主要茶區(qū),其茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)域集中在全國(guó)具有一定的代表性,但是仍然存在大量的不足。因而,調(diào)整和優(yōu)化福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚顯得非常有必要,提高技術(shù)水平,加大科研力度,需要政府的支持和人才的引進(jìn),不僅促進(jìn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展,還可以帶動(dòng)福建農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,福建整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用是巨大的。本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)理論和研究基礎(chǔ),在對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行搜集分析后,首先對(duì)福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景和相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行厘定,其次再對(duì)福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的分布及其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出福建不同茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚部之間的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和特點(diǎn),再利用區(qū)位商指標(biāo)和空間基尼系數(shù)對(duì)福建茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚集聚程度進(jìn)行測(cè)算,并進(jìn)行橫向與縱向的比較。最終,通過(guò)對(duì)福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度的變化分析,歸納總結(jié)福建茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了針對(duì)性的政策建議,如降低同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象,防止惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提高科技水平和培養(yǎng)相關(guān)人才,提高品牌意識(shí)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the development of industrial agglomeration, as an economic model, has gradually become an important means to promote the competitiveness of industry and promote the complementary development of market subjects. In the process of the transformation of Chinese tea industry to modern tea industry, a large number of market subjects (tea enterprises, tea cooperative organizations, tea farmers' family management, etc.) appeared, and formed some primary regional concentration. However, most of the new market players are small in scale, low in technical level, low in production efficiency and generally inadequate in strength. In the face of the common market environment, the phenomenon of homogeneity between products and sales patterns is serious, and it is easy to form vicious competition. Seriously restricted the development of tea industry. Fujian is the main tea area in China, its tea industry is concentrated in the whole country, but there are still a lot of shortcomings. Therefore, it is very necessary to adjust and optimize Fujian tea industry agglomeration. To improve the technical level and strengthen scientific research, we need the support of the government and the introduction of talents, which not only promote the development of tea industry agglomeration. Still can drive the economic development of Fujian countryside, the promotion function of Fujian whole economy is enormous. Based on the relevant theories and research basis of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper, after collecting and analyzing the literature, first determines the background and related concepts of Fujian tea industry development. Secondly, it analyzes the distribution and present situation of tea industry agglomeration in Fujian Province, and points out the advantages and disadvantages and characteristics among different tea industry agglomeration departments in Fujian. The agglomeration degree of Fujian tea industry was measured by using location quotient index and spatial Gini coefficient, and the horizontal and vertical comparison was made. Finally, through the analysis of the change of the concentration degree of Fujian tea industry, the paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of Fujian tea industry agglomeration, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, such as reducing homogenization phenomenon and preventing vicious competition. Improve the level of science and technology and cultivate related talents, improve brand awareness countermeasures.
