【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,人地矛盾日趨嚴(yán)峻,導(dǎo)致土地利用在數(shù)量上與結(jié)構(gòu)上發(fā)生了重大變化。湘潭市雨湖區(qū)作為長株潭城市群“兩型”社會建設(shè)的重點區(qū)域,城市的發(fā)展勢必影響用地結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變。為發(fā)掘雨湖區(qū)土地利用中存在的問題,促進(jìn)土地的合理利用,本文運用GIS對湘潭市雨湖區(qū)2000-2010年各類用地的變化情況進(jìn)行數(shù)量變化、空間變化、動態(tài)變化分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合定性與定量分析,探討影響土地利用變化的驅(qū)動力。針對土地利用中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)對策。結(jié)果表明：(1)2000年——2010年,雨湖區(qū)的土地利用變化較為顯著。除耕地和林地以外,草地、河流水面、建設(shè)用地和裸地的面積都在增加；耕地減少、建設(shè)用地增加的范圍基本一致；裸地的年變化率最大,其次為草地。(2)在對土地利用變化驅(qū)動力定性分析時,自然驅(qū)動力主要包括氣候、土壤、地質(zhì)地貌和水文。社會經(jīng)濟(jì)驅(qū)動力包括人口因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、政策制度。利用主成分分析法對其進(jìn)行定量分析時,得出社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、人口增長、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整三個因素是促進(jìn)雨湖區(qū)土地利用變化的主要驅(qū)動力,并且驅(qū)動力的影響程度在逐年增強(qiáng)。(3)雨湖區(qū)土地利用存在的主要問題是耕地與建設(shè)用地矛盾突出、土地利用集約化程度有待提高、土地污染較為嚴(yán)重。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了土地可持續(xù)利用的對策建議,包括切實保護(hù)耕地資源、提高土地利用集約化水平、注重生態(tài)安全與環(huán)境保護(hù)、處理好經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與土地利用的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more serious, which leads to great changes in the quantity and structure of land use. As the key area of "two types" social construction of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, the urban development of Xiangtan City is bound to influence the transformation of land use structure. In order to explore the problems existing in the land use of Yuhu District and promote the rational use of land, this paper uses GIS to analyze the quantity, spatial and dynamic changes of various kinds of land use in Yuhu District of Xiangtan City from 2000 to 2010. On this basis, combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, the driving force affecting land use change is discussed. According to the problems existing in land use, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The results show that: (1) in 2000-2010, the land use change in Yuhu Lake area is obvious. Except for cultivated land and forest land, the area of grassland, river surface, construction land and bare land are all increasing; the cultivated land decreases and the scope of construction land increase is basically the same; the annual change rate of bare land is the largest. Secondly, grassland. (2) in the qualitative analysis of the driving forces of land use change, the natural driving forces mainly include climate, soil, geology and geomorphology and hydrology. Social and economic driving forces include demographic factors, economic development, and policy systems. When the principal component analysis method is used in quantitative analysis, it is concluded that three factors are the main driving forces to promote the land use change in Yuhu District, such as social and economic development, population growth and industrial structure adjustment. And the influence degree of driving force is increasing year by year. (3) the main problems of land use in Yuhu District are that the contradiction between cultivated land and construction land is prominent, the degree of intensive land use needs to be improved, and the land pollution is more serious. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable land use are put forward, including protecting cultivated land resources, improving the level of intensive land use, paying attention to ecological security and environmental protection, and dealing well with the relationship between economic development and land use.
