江西省農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建與實(shí)現(xiàn)研究
[Abstract]:Agricultural science and technology is the driving force and support of agricultural development, and the transfer of science and technology to the front line of agricultural production needs to rely on agricultural science and technology information services. Agricultural science and technology information service is also an important part of the current agricultural information construction. In the strategy of revitalizing agriculture through science and education, the importance of agricultural science and technology information service is self-evident. Therefore, the current research on agricultural science and technology information service platform is an important subject that meets the needs of agricultural informatization and modernization development. In general, this research has carried out the research from the following aspects: first, this research uses the literature research method, has carried on the systematic comb to the domestic and foreign regarding the agriculture informationization and the agricultural science and technology information service aspect research, The theoretical context of this study is clarified. Secondly, based on the systematic elaboration of the relevant theories of agricultural science and technology information service platform, this study systematically investigates and combs the development status and problems of agricultural science and technology information service in Y city. It is found that Y city has made great progress in agricultural informatization in recent years, such as more perfect information infrastructure, wider popularization of information technology, more sound information service organization and so on. At the same time, we have also found some problems in agricultural science and technology information and service platforms, such as the information content is relatively single, the information platform website construction is relatively lagging, and the management and operation of the information platform are still insufficient; third, In order to better construct the agricultural science and technology information service platform of Y city, we have investigated the users of the platform in Y city, mainly around the farmers, and found that the information quality of the farmers is improving. However, the main channel for farmers to obtain information is still television, and the utilization rate of the network still needs to be improved. What farmers most hope to know through the information platform is the "information on breeding technology", which is more inclined to: They are accustomed to using large platforms at the provincial level rather than at the municipal level, are more willing to use village committees, cooperatives' computers for information inquiries than home computers, and are more willing to engage in offline agricultural technical advice and communication rather than online, These conditions provide the basis for the design and implementation of the platform. Fourthly, we build the platform from the aspects of module structure, function design, database design and so on. At the same time, we also put forward the security guarantee, training guarantee, etc. Personnel protection and other aspects of the specific views and measures.
