【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,民眾生活水平也隨之不斷提高,人們生活方式、消費(fèi)觀念也隨之有所改變,從基本的衣食住行需求逐漸向精神層面的休閑體驗(yàn)需求轉(zhuǎn)變。同時(shí),伴隨城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的城市問(wèn)題出現(xiàn),城市居民越來(lái)越渴望回歸自然,享受空曠自由的田園生活;在這樣的背景下,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并得到迅速發(fā)展。其中,農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園是休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的一種發(fā)展方式,它主要是以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)景觀和農(nóng)村自然環(huán)境,融合旅游觀光、科普教育、休閑體驗(yàn)于一體的綜合園區(qū)。論文以福清豐澤農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園為規(guī)劃對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、實(shí)地考察法以及理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,從多個(gè)角度對(duì)豐澤農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園建設(shè)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃探討,形成如下成果:(1)豐澤農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園擁有良好的自然條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),具備開(kāi)發(fā)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)觀光旅游的條件。(2)遵循規(guī)劃原則,在發(fā)展思路和發(fā)展目標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)下,根據(jù)豐澤園的地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、地形地貌特征、農(nóng)林資源分布、生態(tài)條件狀況,將項(xiàng)目地規(guī)劃布局為"一心、一帶、四園"空間功能格局。即:豐澤園服務(wù)中心,豐澤景觀游憩帶,農(nóng)牧休閑生態(tài)園、魚(yú)主題文化園、生態(tài)呼吸養(yǎng)生園、特色生態(tài)果業(yè)體驗(yàn)園。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將豐澤園的發(fā)展總目標(biāo)定位初步形成以"農(nóng)牧"、"健康"、"休閑"、"生態(tài)"為特色的健康農(nóng)業(yè)與生態(tài)休閑品牌,最終打造成海西城市健康微農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)區(qū)和中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合體。(3)為了完善園區(qū)規(guī)劃,對(duì)園區(qū)配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、交通路線和安全保障體系進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,提出應(yīng)從游客安全、生態(tài)環(huán)境、森林資源和景觀資源保護(hù)等4方面加強(qiáng)安全規(guī)劃。(4)針對(duì)豐澤休閑大觀園實(shí)施建設(shè)規(guī)劃的需要,為保障豐澤休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園的良好運(yùn)行,提出完善運(yùn)行機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新投入機(jī)制和創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制;為實(shí)現(xiàn)豐澤休閑大觀園科學(xué)發(fā)展,提出夯實(shí)資金基礎(chǔ)、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、做好長(zhǎng)效管理、培養(yǎng)管理人才、重視環(huán)境保護(hù)等建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's social economy, the living standard of the people has also been continuously improved, and the way of life and the concept of consumption have also changed. From the basic needs of food, clothing, housing and transportation to the spiritual level of leisure experience needs to change. At the same time, with the development of urban economy, more and more urban problems appear, urban residents are more and more eager to return to nature, enjoy open and free pastoral life; in this context, leisure agricultural tourism came into being and developed rapidly. Among them, agricultural sightseeing park is a kind of development mode of leisure agriculture, which is based on agricultural production, combines agricultural landscape and rural natural environment, and integrates tourism, science education and leisure experience. This paper takes Fuqing Fengze Agricultural Grand View Garden as the planning object, synthetically uses the literature review method, the field investigation method and the method of combining theory and practice, carries on the plan discussion to the Fengze Agricultural Grand View Garden construction from many angles. The results are as follows: (1) Fengze Agricultural Grand View Garden has good natural conditions and economic foundation, and conditions for developing leisure agricultural sightseeing tourism. (2) following the planning principles, under the guidance of development ideas and objectives, According to the geographical location advantages, topographic and geomorphological characteristics, distribution of agricultural and forestry resources and ecological conditions, the layout of the project land is "one mind, one area, four gardens" spatial functional pattern. Namely: Fengze Garden Service Center, Fengze Landscape Recreation Zone, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Leisure Ecological Park, Fish theme Culture Park, Ecological Respiratory Health Garden, characteristic Ecological Fruit Industry experience Park. On this basis, a brand of healthy agriculture and ecological leisure characterized by "agriculture and animal husbandry", "health", "leisure" and "ecology" is preliminarily formed. In order to improve the planning of the park, planning the supporting infrastructure, transportation route and safety guarantee system of the park, the author puts forward that the tourist safety should be taken into account in order to improve the planning of the park, and finally to build up the Hercynian urban health microagricultural experimental area and the modern circular agricultural complex with Chinese characteristics. In order to ensure the good operation of Fengze leisure agriculture grand view garden, the paper puts forward the perfect operation mechanism to meet the need of implementing the construction plan of Fengze leisure grand view garden. (4) to strengthen the safety planning in four aspects, such as ecological environment, forest resources and landscape resources protection. In order to realize the scientific development of Fengze Leisure Grand View Garden, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as ramming up the capital foundation, perfecting the infrastructure, doing a good job of long-term effective management, training management talents, and paying attention to environmental protection and so on.
