河北省農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量研究
[Abstract]:With the liberation of rural productive forces and the reform of household registration system, more and more migrant workers are transferred to cities to participate in the construction of industrialization and urbanization in China. At present, the employment quality of migrant workers has some problems, such as low income level, inadequate protection of employment rights, imperfect training system and low employment satisfaction. Improving the employment quality of migrant workers is related to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. Related to the social security and stability, with the gradual acceleration of the urbanization process of China, the importance of improving the employment quality of migrant workers has become increasingly prominent. This paper expounds the basic concept and theoretical basis of the employment of migrant workers, constructs the evaluation index system of the employment quality of migrant workers, gives the weight of each index, and selects three sample cities of Handan, Baoding and Cangzhou. This paper investigates and analyzes the employment quality of migrant workers in Hebei Province, and analyzes the employment situation of migrant workers in Hebei Province from the aspects of income level, employment training, employment rights, employment satisfaction and so on. This paper points out some contradictions and problems existing in the employment of migrant workers in Hebei Province. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers' employment quality from internal factors such as human capital, social capital, professional cognition, and external factors, such as employment market, employment rights and interests maintenance, etc. The countermeasures to improve the employment quality of migrant workers are put forward. The research shows that there are still many contradictions and problems in improving the employment quality of migrant workers. It is necessary to further increase the education and training of migrant workers, expand the employment channels of migrant workers, improve the employment market environment of migrant workers, and effectively improve the employment quality of migrant workers.
