【摘要】：基于行為經(jīng)濟學的稟賦效應(yīng)前沿理論,歸納和梳理出一般物品交易中稟賦效應(yīng)的影響因素,進而將其應(yīng)用于我國農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)的交易情境下,從人地依賴關(guān)系、人地權(quán)利關(guān)系維度構(gòu)建一個農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)中稟賦效應(yīng)影響因素的理論分析框架,并且分析了稟賦效應(yīng)影響機制的代際差異,從而從農(nóng)民與農(nóng)地之間的行為心理特征角度,豐富和拓展農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)問題研究的理論視角,為推進農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場發(fā)育的政策制定提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the frontier theory of endowment effect in behavioral economics, this paper sums up and sorts out the influencing factors of endowment effect in general goods trading, and then applies it to the transaction situation of agricultural land circulation in China, which depends on the relationship between man and land. This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the influencing factors of endowment effect in farmland transfer from the perspective of the relationship between human and land rights, and analyzes the intergenerational differences of the influence mechanism of endowment effect, so as to analyze the behavioral and psychological characteristics between farmers and agricultural land. To enrich and expand the theoretical perspective of the study of agricultural land transfer, and to provide new ideas and methods for the policy formulation of promoting the development of agricultural land transfer market.
