【摘要】：百色市煙草育苗工場(chǎng)每年除去煙草育苗時(shí)間3個(gè)月左右,剩余有9個(gè)月左右的時(shí)間被閑置,為了探究百色市育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用的利用率,筆者通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)分析、比較分析、和訪談的方法,開(kāi)展對(duì)德�？h、靖西縣、凌云縣、隆林縣四縣育苗工場(chǎng)利用率進(jìn)行分析,在育苗工場(chǎng)開(kāi)展對(duì)蔬菜、水果等作物的綜合利用探究,研究結(jié)果顯示:1.通過(guò)調(diào)研和資料整理分析,百色市育苗工場(chǎng)有10個(gè),其中,德保3個(gè)育苗工場(chǎng)平均利用率為36.08%;靖西4個(gè)育苗工場(chǎng),平均利用率7.19%:隆林與凌云的育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用沒(méi)有被利用。綜合來(lái)看,百色市育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用的利用率是非常低的。2.綜合分析了綜合利用育苗工場(chǎng)內(nèi)種植的水果、蔬菜、谷類農(nóng)作物,其中水果類中哈密瓜類的產(chǎn)值、產(chǎn)量、利潤(rùn)最高,分別為38804元/畝、3832.5kg/畝、21948元/畝;蔬菜類的黃秋葵產(chǎn)值、產(chǎn)量、利潤(rùn)最高,分別為9600元/畝、600kg/畝、2614元/畝;谷類作物由于種植管理問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致絕收。今后育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用最適合種植作物有:哈密瓜類、黃秋葵。3.百色市各縣育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用存在的問(wèn)題:育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用率較低,煙農(nóng)合作社對(duì)非煙產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)重視不足,人才薄弱;合作社運(yùn)行中矛盾眾多;政府的扶持力度不足;育苗工場(chǎng)技術(shù)人員專業(yè)化不高;市場(chǎng)定位模糊;種植作物過(guò)程中病蟲害發(fā)生較多;育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用中設(shè)施綜合利用過(guò)低。4.對(duì)百色市各縣育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用促進(jìn)的對(duì)策進(jìn)行探討,主要研究了以下幾個(gè)方面的策略:提高育苗工場(chǎng)綜合利用率,大力提高煙農(nóng)管理技術(shù)水平;提高合作社非煙經(jīng)營(yíng)積極性,完善配套組織機(jī)構(gòu);加強(qiáng)政府的扶持力度;建立健全人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制;明確市場(chǎng)定位;加強(qiáng)作物疾病防控;完善育苗工場(chǎng)設(shè)施綜合利用,提高創(chuàng)收效益。
[Abstract]:The tobacco nursery plant in Baise City removes tobacco seedling for about 3 months every year, and the remaining 9 months are idle. In order to explore the utilization rate of comprehensive utilization of the nursery raising plant in Baise City, the author through field investigation and literature analysis, Comparative analysis and interview methods were carried out to analyze the utilization ratio of seedling raising plants in Debao County, Jingxi County, Lingyun County and Longlin County, and to explore the comprehensive utilization of vegetables, fruits and other crops in seedling raising plants. The results showed that: 1. Through investigation and data analysis, there are 10 nursery workshops in Baise city, among which, the average utilization ratio of 3 seedling raising plants in Debao is 36.08, while in Jingxi 4, the average utilization rate is 7.19: the comprehensive utilization of seedling plants in Longlin and Lingyun is not utilized. To sum up, the utilization rate of comprehensive utilization of nursery-raising plants in Baise City is very low. 2. 2. The production value, yield and profit of Hami melon in fruit plant were analyzed, which were 38804 yuan / mu, 3832.5 kg / mu and 21948 yuan / mu respectively, and the output value of sunflower in vegetable type was 3832.5 kg / mu, respectively. The yield and profit were 9600 yuan / mu and 600kg / mu respectively. In the future, the comprehensive utilization of seedling plant is the most suitable for planting crops: Hami melon, Okra. 3. The problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of seedling raising plants in Baise counties are as follows: the comprehensive utilization ratio of seedling raising workshops is low, the management of non-tobacco industry is not paid enough attention to by tobacco farmers' cooperatives, the talents are weak, there are many contradictions in the operation of cooperatives, and the support of the government is insufficient. The technical staff of seedling raising plant is not specialized; the market position is vague; more diseases and insect pests occur in the process of planting crops; the comprehensive utilization of facilities in seedling raising plant is too low. 4. This paper probes into the countermeasures to promote the comprehensive utilization of seedling raising plants in Baise counties, and mainly studies the following strategies: to improve the comprehensive utilization ratio of seedling raising plants, to improve the management technology level of tobacco farmers, and to improve the enthusiasm of non-tobacco management in cooperatives. Improve supporting organization; strengthen government support; establish and improve talent training mechanism; clear market positioning; strengthen crop disease prevention and control; improve the comprehensive utilization of nursery facilities to increase income efficiency.
