衡陽(yáng)市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of leisure industry in China, leisure agriculture, which is an effective combination of agriculture and tourism, is emerging. At the same time, in view of the comprehensive benefits of leisure agriculture, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued a series of measures to promote the development of leisure agriculture. Hengyang City is a big agricultural city with lush vegetation, complicated terrain, superior transportation location and rich farming culture. These favorable ecological environment and good social and economic conditions provide obvious advantages for its development of leisure agriculture. However, these resource advantages have not been fully converted into economic advantages. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze the present situation of Hengyang leisure agriculture, find out the problems and put forward concrete development countermeasures. On the basis of consulting relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper defines the connotation, characteristics, functions, development model and other concepts of leisure agriculture. The leisure agriculture studied in this paper is a new type of tourism form, which is based on the rural natural landscape and agricultural resources, and attracts tourists to leisure, experience, watch and vacation through scientific and reasonable planning and design. Secondly, through the analysis of the local facts, we find that Hengyang leisure agriculture has deep cultural background, good natural environment, superior geographical location, broad customer market and other development advantages, at the same time combing its development model, product types, etc. This paper points out that there are many problems in Hengyang's leisure agriculture, such as government support is not enough, products are lack of characteristics, propaganda is not in place, supporting facilities are backward, management is inefficient and so on. Third, Hengyang leisure agriculture consumer survey results show that: leisure agriculture target consumers are mainly in the 26-45 years of age, with medium high income, high education level, The main characteristics of office workers are: consumers have a higher awareness of leisure agriculture, but not enough knowledge of local leisure agricultural resources: most consumers tend to use self-driving in their personal discretionary time. Go to the scenic suburban leisure agriculture resort to relax body and mind. Finally, in order to better promote the development of Hengyang leisure agriculture, based on the analysis of the current situation, combined with the survey data, from the government leading, scientific planning, reasonable development, building special brands, increasing publicity, improving supporting facilities, To optimize the level of service and other aspects of specific countermeasures.
