【摘要】：從宏觀層面來看,農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社是一種有效的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式；從微觀層面來看,農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社可以改善農(nóng)戶的收入,改善當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)生活水平。從農(nóng)村承包經(jīng)營有效銜接了獨(dú)立小農(nóng)在商品經(jīng)濟(jì)中的瓶頸,在農(nóng)村承包經(jīng)營的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸發(fā)展起來的農(nóng)村專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)營效率,發(fā)揮出較大的績效,隨著農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快,現(xiàn)階段是我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的關(guān)鍵時期,如何繼續(xù)發(fā)揮農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提高其運(yùn)行效率,是迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)性問題。瀏陽市作為湖南省的重點(diǎn)縣市,一致排在全國百強(qiáng)縣市地區(qū)范圍內(nèi),很大程度上取決于農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng),作為基礎(chǔ)的農(nóng)業(yè),為瀏陽市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn),但是隨著改革開放,瀏陽市作為湖南地區(qū)唯一一個國際貿(mào)易比重最大的地區(qū),農(nóng)業(yè)如何服務(wù)于國際貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前瀏陽市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,也是當(dāng)前瀏陽市農(nóng)業(yè)改革的重中之重,而瀏陽市的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式發(fā)展最為迅速且最具規(guī)模應(yīng)當(dāng)為農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式。因此,對瀏陽市的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的研究,不僅對瀏陽市農(nóng)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重要價值,對湖南省地區(qū)的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式的發(fā)展研究具有一定的參考價值。本文結(jié)合新期綠種植農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的實(shí)際案例,探討農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的經(jīng)濟(jì)效率,明確瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社對當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的價值,認(rèn)識瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的瓶頸,摸索現(xiàn)階段最適合農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式發(fā)展的路徑�；诒疚牡难芯磕康�,本文的研究思路只要分六個章節(jié)對瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行探究。首先總結(jié)我國目前農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的概況,闡述農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的背景,基于文獻(xiàn)查閱的研究成果,擬定本文的研究視角,明確本文的研究目的,梳理研究內(nèi)容及研究方法。第二,系統(tǒng)整理適合本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),明確定義本文的字段內(nèi)涵,通過剖析理論的基本原理,為本文奠定了堅實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三,基于我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的大背景下,分析瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分階段分析不同階段的發(fā)展模式,總結(jié)瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的成效。第四,對瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析存在問題的原因,并將原因總結(jié)為四個方面：市場環(huán)境原因、運(yùn)行機(jī)制原因、制度環(huán)境原因、利益誘導(dǎo)原因。第五,以瀏陽市的典型案例代表——新期綠種植農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社進(jìn)行研究,本文選取以種植為主的合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織——新期綠種植農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社進(jìn)行分析,從發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目成果情況進(jìn)行分析,提出下一步發(fā)展方向。第六,基于前文的研究,對瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展提出了對策建議,期望通過瀏陽市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的研究,充分發(fā)揮示范帶頭效應(yīng),從瀏陽市波及到周邊地區(qū),帶動華中地區(qū)乃至全國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the macro level, the farmers' professional cooperative is an effective form of economic organization. From the micro level, the farmers' professional cooperatives can improve the income of farmers and improve the local economic living standard. The rural contracted management effectively connects the bottleneck of the independent small farmers in the commodity economy, and is on the basis of the rural contracted management. The gradually developing rural professional cooperative economic organization has raised the efficiency of economic operation and exerts great performance. With the acceleration of the process of agricultural modernization, the present stage is the key period of our farmer's professional cooperative. How to continue to play the advantages of the farmers' professional cooperative and raise the efficiency of its operation is an urgent and realistic problem. As the key county and city of Hunan Province, the city is consistent in the area of the top 100 counties and cities in the country. It depends largely on the adaptation of agricultural infrastructure development and economic development. As a base agriculture, it has made an important contribution to the economic development of Liuyang, but with the reform and opening up, Liuyang is the only one in Hunan. In the region with the largest proportion of trade, how agriculture serves the development of the international trade economy is the key to the current economic development of Liuyang and the most important part of the current agricultural reform in Liuyang, and the most rapid development of the agricultural economic organization in Liuyang and the form of professional cooperative economic organization for farmers should be the most important form. Therefore, The study of farmers' professional cooperatives in Liuyang is of great value not only to the development of agriculture and economy in Liuyang, but also to the study of the development of farmers' professional cooperative economic organization in Hunan province. The economic efficiency of the textile form in the process of agricultural modernization, the value of Liuyang farmer's professional cooperatives to the local agricultural modernization, the bottleneck of the development of the farmer professional cooperatives in Liuyang, and the path for the development of the farmers' professional cooperative economic organization at the present stage. As long as the train of thought is divided into six chapters to explore the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Liuyang. First, summarize the general situation of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in China, explain the background of the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives, and based on the research results of literature review, draw up the research angle of this paper, clarify the purpose of this study, and comb the research content. And research methods. Second, systemically collate the theoretical basis for this study, clearly define the connotation of the field, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for this article through the analysis of the basic principles of the theory. Third, based on the background of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in China, the status of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Liuyang is divided into two stages. Section analysis of different stages of development model, summed up the development of Liuyang farmer professional cooperatives. Fourth, the existing problems in the development of Liuyang farmers' professional cooperatives are summarized, analysis of the reasons for the problems, and the reasons are summarized into four aspects: the market environment, the operation mechanism, the institutional environment, the institutional environment reasons, interests The cause of induction. Fifth, the typical case representative of Liuyang City, the new period green farmers' professional cooperative, is studied. This paper selects the cooperative economic organization as the main plant, the new period green farmers' professional cooperative, and analyzes the present situation of the development and the existing project results of the farmer's professional cooperative society. Sixth, based on the previous study, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Liuyang farmers' professional cooperatives.
