【摘要】：從我國扶貧大背景出發(fā),給出旅游精準扶貧的定義,闡述旅游精準扶貧的構成和運行機理。指出旅游精準扶貧是由旅游精準扶貧識別、旅游精準扶貧幫扶、旅游精準扶貧管理構成的一個動態(tài)的有機系統(tǒng),是精準扶貧理念在旅游扶貧領域的具體應用,它以實現(xiàn)旅游扶貧"扶真貧""真扶貧"為目標,是一種區(qū)別于以往粗放式旅游扶貧的全新方式。
[Abstract]:From the background of China's poverty alleviation, the definition of accurate poverty alleviation of tourism is given, and the composition and operating mechanism of accurate poverty alleviation of tourism are expounded. It is pointed out that the accurate poverty alleviation of tourism is a dynamic and dynamic system composed of accurate poverty alleviation, accurate poverty alleviation and assistance, and accurate poverty alleviation management in tourism. It is a precise poverty alleviation concept in the field of tourism poverty alleviation. The specific application of tourism poverty alleviation is a new way different from the extensive tourism poverty alleviation.
