【摘要】：在“美麗中國”概念被正式提出之后,各級政府十分重視美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設工作,近年來中央一號文件又將建設“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”作為奮斗目標,要求“開展村莊人居環(huán)境整治。加快編制村莊規(guī)劃,推行以獎促治政策,以治理垃圾、污水為重點,改善村莊人居環(huán)境;制定傳統(tǒng)村落保護發(fā)展規(guī)劃,抓緊把有歷史文化等價值的傳統(tǒng)村落和民居列入保護名錄,切實加大投入和保護力度”。全國各地再次掀起建設美麗鄉(xiāng)村的浪潮,“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設已成為中國社會主義新農村建設的代名詞[1]。本論文就是以廣東增城霞逕的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設為研究對象,具體包括六個章節(jié):第一章為緒論部分,詳細地闡述了本篇文章選題的原因。國內外對農村建設發(fā)展的研究現(xiàn)狀、思路與具體的內容。第二章是對有關理論基礎的分析,內容包括美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設的內涵、發(fā)展目標、具體要求、重要意義等。第三章是對廣州霞逕美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設的方法與獲得的成果進行了研究,內容包括了該村落的詳細清理、具體的工作內容、采取的策略、最后獲得的成效、給我們帶來的經驗啟示等。在研究了廣州霞逕村魅力農村建設之后,積累了豐富的經驗,為后續(xù)研究提供了有益的引導。第四章深入分析研究了廣州霞逕村美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設過程中的問題與問題產生的根源。第五章則是基于前文的研究,考慮到廣州霞逕村具體狀況的基礎上,提出針對性的策略。第六章是對全篇的總結,詳細闡述了本篇文章的最終結論與研究的不足。本論文通過對霞逕村對農村成功改造的分析,來總結一些新農村建設的經驗,為社會主義新農村建設積累經驗,同時對推進我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展也具有重要的理論和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:After the concept of "beautiful China" was formally put forward, governments at all levels attached great importance to the construction of beautiful villages. In recent years, the No. 1 document of the Central Committee has taken the construction of "beautiful villages" as the goal of struggle and asked "to carry out the environmental renovation of human settlements in villages." Speed up the formulation of village planning, implement the policy of promoting governance with awards, focus on the treatment of garbage and sewage, improve the village habitat environment, and formulate a development plan for the protection and development of traditional villages, We should pay close attention to the inclusion of traditional villages and houses of historical and cultural value in the list of protection, and conscientiously increase investment and protection. " The construction of "beautiful countryside" has become a synonym for the construction of a new socialist countryside in China. This thesis takes the beautiful countryside construction of Zengcheng Xia Jing in Guangdong province as the research object, including six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, elaborated the reason of this article topic selection in detail. The research status, train of thought and concrete content of rural construction development at home and abroad. The second chapter is an analysis of the theoretical basis, including the connotation of beautiful rural construction, development goals, specific requirements, significance and so on. The third chapter is a study on the methods and achievements of the construction of Xiadingmei Village in Guangzhou. The contents include the detailed cleaning of the village, the specific work content, the strategies adopted, and the final results. To bring us the experience of enlightenment and so on. After studying the charismatic rural construction of Xia Jing Village in Guangzhou, it has accumulated rich experience and provided useful guidance for the follow-up study. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and the root of the problems in the process of the beautiful village construction in Xia Jing Village of Guangzhou. The fifth chapter is based on the previous study, taking into account the specific situation of Guangzhou Xiadingcun, put forward targeted strategies. The sixth chapter is the summary of the whole article, elaborated the final conclusion of this article and the insufficiency of the research. This paper summarizes some experiences of new rural construction, accumulates experience for the construction of new socialist countryside, and has important theoretical and practical value to promote the development of new urbanization in our country.
