【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游早就已經(jīng)成為世界旅游業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的重要旅游形式,同時(shí)也是我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重要模式。武漢市黃陂區(qū)地理位置優(yōu)越,旅游資源豐富,成為武漢市郊鄉(xiāng)村旅游的中堅(jiān)力量,同時(shí)作為首批創(chuàng)建“國家全域旅游示范區(qū)”,意義重大。旅游已成為黃陂區(qū)重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和興農(nóng)富民的拳頭產(chǎn)業(yè)。黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展如火如茶的進(jìn)行著,有待進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,同時(shí)仍舊存在一些所謂鄉(xiāng)村旅游劣勢的共性問題,有些問題甚至非常嚴(yán)重影響武漢市黃陂區(qū)旅游品牌的塑造和旅游競爭力的提升,因此迫切需要資源整合和重塑整體形象以促進(jìn)黃陂區(qū)旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文從國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀這一塊上做了詳細(xì)的分析,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的西方國家有相關(guān)的研究顯示,從鄉(xiāng)村旅游的需求、人們到鄉(xiāng)村旅游的目的、對于鄉(xiāng)村旅游我們是怎么看待的,還有些方面涉及到旅游的銷售模式,和因天氣狀況、人們的行為舉止等因素給鄉(xiāng)村旅游帶來了影響。國內(nèi)的研究:關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間范圍、吸引物、目標(biāo)群體、接待主體以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究,并結(jié)合黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深入了解鄉(xiāng)村旅游的內(nèi)涵,并綜合運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論,諸如可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、可持續(xù)旅游理論、旅游地生命周期理論,對鄉(xiāng)村旅游的各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。隨之結(jié)合黃陂區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀:外部環(huán)境、資源狀況以及旅游開發(fā)等,我們利用了對人文地理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的了解,做出了實(shí)際的考察,還對我們的旅游人員做一些問卷調(diào)查等等方法,來進(jìn)一步的了解武漢市黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中存在的一些問題,同時(shí)制作合理可行的調(diào)查問卷,從黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的人口學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、客源的空間結(jié)構(gòu)以及客源行為進(jìn)行綜合分析,并歸納整理意見及建議,對黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析。梳理出了相應(yīng)的對策,即要在強(qiáng)化政府引導(dǎo)、樹立科學(xué)發(fā)展觀念、做好合理規(guī)劃,合理開發(fā)、加大宣傳力度、創(chuàng)造品牌效應(yīng)、借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),嚴(yán)格保護(hù)環(huán)境,盡快打開黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的新局面,以期更大程度地促進(jìn)黃陂區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游地區(qū)的發(fā)展,為其帶來更好的不同程度的收益。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism has long been an important form of tourism development in the world, but also an important mode of tourism development in China. Huangpi District of Wuhan City, with its superior geographical location and abundant tourism resources, has become the backbone of rural tourism in the suburbs of Wuhan. It is of great significance to establish the "National National Tourism demonstration Zone" as the first batch. Tourism has become an important pillar industry in Huangpi District and a fist industry for developing farmers and enriching the people. The development of rural tourism in Huangpi district is going on as hot as tea, which needs to be further optimized. At the same time, there are still some common problems in the disadvantages of so-called rural tourism. Some problems even seriously affect the creation of tourism brand and the promotion of tourism competitiveness in Huangpi District of Wuhan City. Therefore, it is urgent to integrate resources and rebuild the overall image to promote the sustainable development of Huangpi District tourism. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the current situation of rural tourism development at home and abroad, and shows that from the demand of rural tourism and the purpose of people to rural tourism, there are related studies in the developed western countries. What do we think of rural tourism, there are also some aspects related to the tourism sales model, and weather conditions, people's behavior and other factors brought about the impact of rural tourism. Domestic research: the study on the space scope, attraction, target group, reception subject and sustainable development of rural tourism, and in combination with the current situation of rural tourism development in Huangpi District, deeply understand the connotation of rural tourism, The paper also analyzes all aspects of rural tourism by using relevant theories, such as sustainable development theory, sustainable tourism theory and tourism destination life cycle theory. With the consideration of the present situation of Huangpi District: external environment, resource situation and tourism development, we made use of the detailed understanding of human geography and made a practical investigation. We also do some questionnaires to our tourist personnel to further understand some problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Huangpi District, Wuhan City, and make a reasonable and feasible questionnaire at the same time. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the demographic structure, spatial structure and behavior of rural tourism in Huangpi District, and summarizes the opinions and suggestions, and makes a SWOT analysis on the development of rural tourism in Huangpi District. The corresponding countermeasures are to strengthen the guidance of the government, set up the concept of scientific development, make reasonable planning, develop rationally, increase propaganda, create brand effects, draw lessons from foreign experience, and strictly protect the environment. A new situation of rural tourism development in Huangpi district will be opened as soon as possible in order to promote the development of rural tourism area in Huangpi district to a greater extent and bring better benefits to it.
