【摘要】：民以食為天,食以安為先。由于有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不使用農(nóng)藥、化肥、轉(zhuǎn)基因工程,所以可以提供純天然、無(wú)污染、安全的有機(jī)食品。在食品問(wèn)題頻發(fā)的今天,發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)不僅可以從源頭上保障舌尖上的安全,還可以保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境不被污染。另外,有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)是勞動(dòng)密集型農(nóng)業(yè),在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中需要大量的勞動(dòng)力,發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)不僅可以解決農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)問(wèn)題,還可以帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民發(fā)家致富。中央一號(hào)文件連續(xù)11年聚焦“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,足以說(shuō)明國(guó)家對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民的重視。本文分六個(gè)章節(jié),以有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)為中心,分析研究了貴州能否發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)、怎么發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)的問(wèn)題。第一章為導(dǎo)論,包括研究背景、研究目的和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)研究現(xiàn)狀、以及研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法;第二章為相關(guān)理論的研究,首先,闡述了有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)和有機(jī)食品的概念;其次,將有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)、常規(guī)農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行比較,將有機(jī)食品與綠色食品、無(wú)公害食品進(jìn)行比較;最后以生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論及品牌建設(shè)理論為基礎(chǔ)來(lái)研究有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)。第三章分析了貴州發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)的必要性和可行性,在可行性分析中利用SWOT模型分析了貴州發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn),得出貴州適宜發(fā)展有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)的結(jié)論;第四章通過(guò)三個(gè)典型案例(仁懷市有機(jī)高粱種植、威寧草海有機(jī)茶園、黔東南生態(tài)養(yǎng)雞)分析研究了其對(duì)應(yīng)的三種有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式(“有機(jī)訂單農(nóng)業(yè)”模式、單一有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展模式、種養(yǎng)結(jié)合型復(fù)合生態(tài)模式),探索出適合貴州有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式;第五章根據(jù)SWOT的分析情況,結(jié)合案例研究情況,總結(jié)出貴州有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議;第六章為綜合以上五章研究得出的結(jié)論。本文對(duì)貴州有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了比較深入地分析研究,并對(duì)加快貴州有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式作了初步探索,以期為全省和地區(qū)有關(guān)部門、單位和企業(yè)今后研究有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題提供參考。
[Abstract]:The people take food as the day, and food takes peace as the first. Since organic agriculture does not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified engineering, it can provide pure natural, pollution-free and safe organic food. Nowadays, the development of organic agriculture can not only guarantee the safety of tongue tip from the source, but also protect the ecological environment from pollution. In addition, organic agriculture is labor-intensive agriculture, in the production process needs a large number of labor, the development of organic agriculture can not only solve the problem of employment of rural surplus labor force, but also lead farmers to become rich. The first document focuses on agriculture, countryside and farmers for 11 consecutive years. This article is divided into six chapters, taking organic agriculture as the center, analyzes and studies the question whether Guizhou can develop organic agriculture and how to develop organic agriculture. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, the research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign organic agriculture research present situation, as well as the research content and the research method, the second chapter is the related theory research, first, elaborated the organic agriculture and the organic food concept; Secondly, organic agriculture is compared with traditional agriculture, conventional agriculture, organic food and green food, pollution-free food. On the basis of sustainable development theory and brand building theory, organic agriculture is studied. In the third chapter, the necessity and feasibility of developing organic agriculture in Guizhou are analyzed. In the feasibility analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing organic agriculture in Guizhou are analyzed by using SWOT model, and the conclusion is drawn that it is appropriate for Guizhou to develop organic agriculture. In the fourth chapter, through three typical cases (organic sorghum planting in Renhuai City, organic tea garden in Weining Caohai, and ecological chicken raising in the southeast of Guizhou), the corresponding three organic agricultural development models ("organic order agriculture") are analyzed and studied. The development model of single organic agriculture technology, the combination ecological model of planting and raising, and the model suitable for the development of Guizhou organic agriculture are explored. Chapter five, according to the analysis of SWOT, combined with the case study, This paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Guizhou organic agriculture, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion of synthesizing the above five chapters. In this paper, the development of organic agriculture in Guizhou is analyzed and studied in depth, and the mode of speeding up the development of organic agriculture in Guizhou is preliminarily explored, with a view to serving the relevant departments of the province and regions. Units and enterprises in the future to study the development of organic agriculture to provide a reference.
