【摘要】：正為建立食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)地準出與市場準入有效銜接機制,從2017年11月1日起,山東省在全省范圍內(nèi)對韭菜產(chǎn)品全面推行食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品合格證、食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場銷售憑證"雙證制"管理。凡是納入"放心韭菜"地圖數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計監(jiān)管范圍(種植面積在333.5 m2以上)的生產(chǎn)主體,均列入實施范圍。韭菜產(chǎn)品上市交易過程中,必須出具韭菜產(chǎn)品合格證和市場銷售憑證,從而實現(xiàn)韭菜產(chǎn)品全程可追溯。鑒于韭菜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與管理成本的約束,韭菜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)主體可根據(jù)自身實際情況,采取自檢合
[Abstract]:In order to establish an effective linkage mechanism between producing areas of edible agricultural products and market access, starting from November 1, 2017, Shandong Province has comprehensively implemented food agricultural products qualification certificates for leek products throughout the province. The main body of production which is included in the statistical supervision scope of map data of "assured leek" (the planting area is more than 333.5 m2) is included in the scope of implementation. In the course of the Chinese chive products listed and traded, it is necessary to issue the certificate of qualification and the market sales certificate, so that the whole process of the leek products can be traced back.
