【摘要】：正為建立食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)地準(zhǔn)出與市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入有效銜接機(jī)制,從2017年11月1日起,山東省在全省范圍內(nèi)對(duì)韭菜產(chǎn)品全面推行食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品合格證、食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售憑證"雙證制"管理。凡是納入"放心韭菜"地圖數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)監(jiān)管范圍(種植面積在333.5 m2以上)的生產(chǎn)主體,均列入實(shí)施范圍。韭菜產(chǎn)品上市交易過(guò)程中,必須出具韭菜產(chǎn)品合格證和市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售憑證,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)韭菜產(chǎn)品全程可追溯。鑒于韭菜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與管理成本的約束,韭菜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)主體可根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況,采取自檢合
