【摘要】：家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)是當(dāng)前中國(guó)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì),其發(fā)展的必要性也得到過學(xué)者們的廣泛討論,他們通過研究認(rèn)為,家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)有著良好的自身發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),是解決當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)所面臨的問題的重要切入點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前,全國(guó)各地都在積極探索發(fā)展家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的路徑,在一些先行試點(diǎn)地區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展已取得顯著成效。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,藍(lán)山縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體制也逐漸向規(guī)�；�(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)變。家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)作為藍(lán)山縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)中的一個(gè)重要經(jīng)營(yíng)主體正在逐漸成形,但是總體來(lái)說(shuō),藍(lán)山家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)作為一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在農(nóng)場(chǎng)認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上還不夠統(tǒng)一,政府政策支持力度還不夠,部分經(jīng)營(yíng)者對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念不太清晰,社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系不夠完善。本文以藍(lán)山縣50戶糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,從藍(lán)山縣糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)要素、經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式等角度出發(fā),通過實(shí)地問卷調(diào)研的方式了解了藍(lán)山縣家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況、制約因素以及承包經(jīng)營(yíng)戶的其它政策期望；通過研究藍(lán)山縣糧食類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀和外部發(fā)展條件,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查收集的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和在藍(lán)山縣農(nóng)業(yè)局實(shí)習(xí)期間收集整理的一些數(shù)據(jù)案例進(jìn)行整理、歸類和對(duì)比分析,運(yùn)用歸納分析法對(duì)藍(lán)山縣家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的的總體數(shù)量、規(guī)模、人員結(jié)構(gòu)層次、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)展成效等進(jìn)行歸納。結(jié)果表明,藍(lán)山縣家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)正處于快速發(fā)展階段,糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的個(gè)體規(guī)模正不斷擴(kuò)大,所占比例不斷提高,市場(chǎng)的外部條件也有利于糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。展望藍(lán)山縣糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)今后的發(fā)展道路,應(yīng)充分利用資源優(yōu)勢(shì),因地制宜,發(fā)揮家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,不斷提高家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平和經(jīng)營(yíng)者的自身素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng),將規(guī)模控制在150～350畝之間為宜。使農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展和家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式之間能夠相互促進(jìn)、良性循環(huán),促進(jìn)藍(lán)山糧食生產(chǎn)類家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Family farms are a new trend in the development of modern agriculture in China, and the necessity of their development has been extensively discussed by scholars, who believe that family farms have good advantages in their own development. It is the important breakthrough point of solving the problem that our country agricultural production faces at present. At present, all parts of the country are actively exploring the path of developing family farms, and the development of family farms in some pilot areas has achieved remarkable results. With the rapid development of social economy, the agricultural management system of Lanshan County has gradually changed to scale management. As an important part of modern agriculture in Lanshan County, family farm is gradually taking shape, but generally speaking, as a new industry, the standard of farm identification is not uniform enough, and the government policy support is not enough. Some operators of family farm management concept is not clear, social service system is not perfect. In this paper, 50 family farms of grain production in Lanshan County are taken as the research object, and the production factors, management structure and management mode of the family farms of grain production in Lanshan County are discussed in terms of the factors of production, the management structure and the management mode of the family farms. Through the questionnaire survey, I know the actual situation of the family farm development in Lanshan County, constraints factors and other policy expectations of the contracted operators, and through the study of the basic status quo and external development conditions of the grain family farm development in Lanshan County. Combining with the relevant data collected by the questionnaire and some data cases collected during the practice of the Bureau of Agriculture in Lanshan County, the author collates, classifies and compares and analyzes the total number and scale of the family farms in Lashan County by means of inductive analysis. Personnel structure levels, production and management structure and development results are summarized. The results show that the family farm in Lanshan County is in a rapid development stage, the individual scale of the family farm of grain production is expanding and the proportion of the family farm is increasing, and the external conditions of the market are also conducive to the development of the family farm of the grain production category. The management advantage of family farm of grain production class is obvious. Looking forward to the future development of the family farm of grain production in Lanshan County, we should make full use of the advantages of resources, take measures according to the local conditions, give play to the management concept of the family farm, and continuously improve the production technology level of the family farm and the quality of the operators themselves. To realize the moderate scale management of the family farm of grain production, it is appropriate to control the scale in the range of 150 ~ 350 mu. The modernization of agriculture and the family farm management model can promote each other and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the family farm of grain production in Blue Mountain.
