【摘要】：石牌村調(diào)查顯示,農(nóng)民不斷從種糧這個(gè)職業(yè)分化出去。農(nóng)民分化的各階層中,種糧農(nóng)民收入最低,社會(huì)地位最低,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度最大。種糧與其他工作的收入差距愈來(lái)愈大,種糧農(nóng)戶日益弱勢(shì)化,農(nóng)民種糧意愿不斷下降。問(wèn)題在農(nóng)民分化過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的,也需要在農(nóng)民分化中解決,其基本思路是進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民分化,努力把留在農(nóng)村的農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)成職業(yè)農(nóng)民。
[Abstract]:Shipai Village survey shows that farmers continue to grow grain out of the profession. Among the differentiated strata, grain farmers have the lowest income, the lowest social status and the highest labor intensity. The income gap between grain planting and other jobs is increasing, grain farmers are becoming more and more vulnerable, and farmers' willingness to grow grain is declining. The problems arising in the process of farmer differentiation also need to be solved in the process of farmer differentiation. The basic idea is to further guide the differentiation of farmers and try to train the peasants who remain in the countryside to become professional peasants.
