【摘要】：文本梳理農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)的基本理論,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革不同于西方供給學(xué)派,我國(guó)是在提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力水平的基礎(chǔ)上,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展活力,提高農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)的主要問(wèn)題是結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,表現(xiàn)為要素利用率低及制度和政策供給不足,通過(guò)減少供給約束和供給抑制能夠提高農(nóng)業(yè)投入要素的生產(chǎn)效率,進(jìn)而提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力水平;通過(guò)完善農(nóng)業(yè)制度和政策供給能夠?yàn)槭袌?chǎng)釋放新供給創(chuàng)造條件,引導(dǎo)供給創(chuàng)造需求,以期促進(jìn)未來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The text combs the basic theory of the supply side of agriculture, and holds that the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture in our country is different from the western school of supply at the present stage. On the basis of improving the level of agricultural productivity, our country strengthens the vitality of agricultural development. Improve agricultural total factor productivity. At present, the main problems on the supply side of agriculture in China are structural contradictions, which are manifested in the low utilization rate of factors and the insufficient supply of institutions and policies. The production efficiency of agricultural input elements can be improved by reducing supply constraints and restraining supply. By improving the agricultural system and policy supply, we can create conditions for the market to release new supply and guide supply to create demand, in order to promote the future agricultural economic growth.
