【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)人才是農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)研發(fā)、農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的重要載體,是推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,增加農(nóng)牧民收入的重要力量。一支高素質(zhì)、穩(wěn)定的農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍對農(nóng)業(yè)科技的創(chuàng)新、農(nóng)村實(shí)用技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用普及、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。阿克蘇地區(qū)作為新疆傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)大區(qū),截止2014年底,擁有農(nóng)業(yè)人口163.5萬,占地區(qū)總?cè)丝诘?8.2%,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)值350億,占地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)總產(chǎn)值的62.27%,占南疆農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的45.3%。本文以阿克蘇地區(qū)為例研究南疆地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),對南疆農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)具有典型示范意義,本研究通過總結(jié)阿克蘇地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)、分析阿克蘇地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍存在的問題、提出改變阿克蘇地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的具體措施,對于貫徹中央新疆第二次座談會(huì)關(guān)于“加快南疆發(fā)展”的精神,推動(dòng)阿克蘇地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)南疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)人才資源可持續(xù)開發(fā)利用和邊疆地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和長治久安具有戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:Agricultural talent is an important carrier of agricultural technology research and development and transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. It is an important force to promote the development of modern agriculture and increase the income of farmers and herdsmen. A high-quality and stable team of agricultural talents is of great significance to the innovation of agricultural science and technology, the popularization and application of practical rural technology, and the development of rural economy. Aksu region, as a traditional agricultural region in Xinjiang, has a population of 1.635 million by the end of 2014, accounting for 68.2 percent of the total population of the region. The output value of the rural economy is 35 billion, accounting for 62.27percent of the total economic output value of the region and 45.3 percent of the agricultural economy of the southern Xinjiang. This paper takes Aksu area as an example to study the construction of agricultural talent team in southern Xinjiang, which has typical demonstration significance for the construction of agricultural talent team in southern Xinjiang. This study summarizes the development experience of agricultural talent team in Aksu region. This paper analyzes the problems of agricultural talents in Aksu region, and puts forward some concrete measures to change the structure of agricultural talents in Aksu region, which is helpful to the implementation of the spirit of the second Central Xinjiang Symposium on "speeding up the Development of South Xinjiang". It is of strategic significance to promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy in Aksu region, the sustainable development and utilization of agricultural talent resources in ethnic minority areas of southern Xinjiang and the social stability and long-term stability of frontier areas.
