【摘要】：運用1996-2015年全國及各省區(qū)農(nóng)作物種植面積、玉米種植面積及單位面積產(chǎn)量等數(shù)據(jù)資料分別測算我國18個玉米生產(chǎn)省區(qū)的玉米生產(chǎn)集中度指數(shù)、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模指數(shù)、規(guī)模優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、效率優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、綜合優(yōu)勢指數(shù),結(jié)合GIS技術(shù)探討1996-2015年全國玉米生產(chǎn)省區(qū)綜合比較優(yōu)勢空間分布特征。結(jié)果表明:2012年以后全國玉米生產(chǎn)集中度排名格局基本形成且保持穩(wěn)定;我國玉米種植主要集中在北方春播玉米區(qū)和黃淮海夏播玉米區(qū);1996-2015年具有玉米生產(chǎn)規(guī)模優(yōu)勢的省份保持相對穩(wěn)定,同期我國玉米種植省生產(chǎn)效率比較優(yōu)勢相對較集中,多數(shù)省份玉米生產(chǎn)效率比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)集中在0.5-1.0與1.0-1.5區(qū)間內(nèi);全國玉米種植省的綜合優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(AAI)與效率優(yōu)勢指數(shù)(EAI)變動趨勢存在相對一致性。依據(jù)1996-2015年玉米生產(chǎn)效率優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和規(guī)模優(yōu)勢指數(shù),將全國18個玉米種植省分別歸入玉米種植優(yōu)勢"雙低省"、"效率優(yōu)勢省"、"規(guī)模優(yōu)勢省"及優(yōu)勢"雙高省"四大類,并根據(jù)類別特征提出針對性的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Using the data of crop planting area, maize planting area and unit area from 1996 to 2015, the concentration index, scale index and advantage index of maize production in 18 provinces of China were calculated. The spatial distribution characteristics of comprehensive comparative advantage of maize production provinces and regions in China from 1996 to 2015 were discussed in terms of efficiency advantage index, comprehensive advantage index and GIS technology. The results showed that: after 2012, the ranking pattern of maize production concentration in China was basically formed and kept stable; The maize planting in China is mainly concentrated in the spring sowing maize region in the north and the summer maize planting area in the Huanghuai Sea. The provinces with the advantage of maize production scale from 1996 to 2015 remain relatively stable, and the comparative advantages of the maize planting provinces in our country are relatively concentrated in the same period. The comparative advantage index of maize production efficiency in most provinces was in the range of 0.5-1.0 and 1.0-1.5, and the variation trend of AAI and EAI was relatively consistent. According to the advantage index of maize production efficiency and scale advantage index from 1996 to 2015, 18 maize planting provinces in China were classified as "double low province", "efficiency advantage province", "scale advantage province" and "double high province" respectively. And according to the category characteristics of the development of targeted suggestions.
