中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)價值鏈地位及影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著貿(mào)易成本、通訊成本的降低,全球價值鏈分工逐漸細(xì)化,特定產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程的不同工序分散到不同的空間,形成跨區(qū)域的生產(chǎn)鏈條,多個國家加入到國際分工中,對不同生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行增值。以往跨區(qū)域分工成本較高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)利潤較低,該行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)多在本地區(qū)以一體化模式進(jìn)行,科技進(jìn)步帶來的全球范圍內(nèi)成本降低為該行業(yè)的跨國生產(chǎn)分工提供了發(fā)展空間。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的下游環(huán)節(jié),其產(chǎn)品加工深度及中國所在價值鏈地位直接決定農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的導(dǎo)向。但是中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的發(fā)展起步晚,產(chǎn)量高但質(zhì)量差,面臨結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型問題。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的價值鏈優(yōu)化有助于從需求上改善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場環(huán)境。本文使用能夠辨別嵌入位置與增值能力的價值鏈地位指標(biāo)測度了中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全球價值鏈的地位,并通過計量模型分析了影響價值鏈分工地位的因素。通過計算價值鏈增值能力指數(shù)(VC)發(fā)現(xiàn)在1995-2011年期間我國在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工行業(yè)仍具備優(yōu)勢,但進(jìn)一步分析價值鏈獲利能力指數(shù)(GP)與增值能力(VA),可判斷我國該行業(yè)增值能力在大多數(shù)時間呈下降態(tài)勢,尤其在2001-2006年我國垂直專業(yè)化程度驟增的時間段里,我國該行業(yè)的增值能力大幅下降,雖然隨后的時間里該趨勢有所減緩,但我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)在國際貿(mào)易中的增值能力趨低值得關(guān)注。另外,我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)行業(yè)嵌入位置(OU)呈現(xiàn)出平穩(wěn)中有所上升的趨勢,總的來說,我國該行業(yè)在所用數(shù)據(jù)時間段中相比其他國家同行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)低增值高嵌入位置的狀態(tài)。在文章的計量檢驗(yàn)部分,我們使用系統(tǒng)矩估計的方法量化分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)價值鏈地位的影響因素。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)是以工促農(nóng)的重要方法,但是所研究時間段內(nèi)中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)價值鏈地位不容樂觀,尤其是增值能力呈大幅度下降趨勢;實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和研發(fā)強(qiáng)度的增加有助于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)價值鏈升級,但垂直專業(yè)化程度的提高參沒能夠使得我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)價值鏈地位上升。
[Abstract]:With the decrease of trade cost and communication cost, the division of labor in the global value chain is becoming more and more detailed. The different processes in the production process of specific products are scattered into different spaces, forming a cross-regional production chain, and many countries join in the international division of labor. Add value to different production links. In the past, the cost of cross-regional division of labor was higher, and the profits of the agricultural products processing industry were lower, and the production of the industry was mostly carried out in this region in an integrated mode. The global cost reduction brought about by scientific and technological progress provides room for the multinational division of production in the industry. As the downstream link of agricultural production, the processing depth of agricultural products and the value chain position of China directly determine the orientation of agricultural products. However, the development of China's agricultural products processing industry started late, high output but poor quality, facing structural transformation. The optimization of the value chain of agricultural products processing industry is helpful to improve the market environment of agricultural products in terms of demand. This paper measures the position of global value chain of Chinese agricultural products processing industry by using the value chain status index which can distinguish the embedded position from the value added ability, and analyzes the factors that influence the position of value chain division by econometric model. By calculating the value chain Value-added capability Index (VC), it is found that China still has advantages in the agricultural product processing industry during 1995-2011. However, by further analyzing the value chain profitability index (GP) and value-added capability (VA), it can be concluded that the value-added capability of China's industry has declined in most of the time, especially in the period of sharp increase of vertical specialization in 2001-2006. The value added capacity of China's agricultural products industry has declined sharply, although the trend has slowed down in the following time, the lower value-added capacity of our agricultural products processing industry in international trade deserves attention. In addition, the embedded position (ou) of agricultural product processing industry in China shows a steady upward trend. In general, this industry presents a low value-added and high embedding position compared with other countries in the data period. In the part of econometric test, we use the method of system moment estimation to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the value chain position of agricultural products processing industry. Agricultural products processing industry is an important method to promote agriculture by industry, but the value chain position of agricultural products processing industry in China is not optimistic in the period of study, especially the value added ability shows a large downward trend. The empirical results show that the increase of industrial scale and R & D intensity is helpful to upgrade the value chain of agricultural product processing industry, but the increase of vertical specialization can not make the value chain position of agricultural product processing industry rise.
