【摘要】：正農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是黨和國家在新時期的歷史任務,也是我國從根本上解決"三農"問題的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),而農產品流通現(xiàn)代化又是我國農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設的關鍵。1993年,美國著名農業(yè)經(jīng)濟學家蓋爾·約翰遜針對中國農業(yè)現(xiàn)狀曾指出,農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化僅僅決定生產的組織方式是遠遠不夠的,必須實現(xiàn)向農村提供充足的生產要素和農產品自由流通,保證農民自由利益選擇。因此,農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化不僅包括農業(yè)生產中的物質裝備、生產體系的現(xiàn)代化,更包括
