【摘要】：正根據(jù)《全國農(nóng)業(yè)普查條例》的規(guī)定,農(nóng)業(yè)普查每10年進(jìn)行一次,尾數(shù)逢6的年份為普查年度,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)點(diǎn)為普查年度的12月31日24時(shí)。國務(wù)院決定于2016年開展第三次全國農(nóng)業(yè)普查。一、農(nóng)業(yè)普查是一項(xiàng)重大國情國力調(diào)查,現(xiàn)階段開展第三次全國農(nóng)業(yè)普查,都有哪些重大意義?農(nóng)業(yè)普查10年一次,是全面了解"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展變化的重大國情國力調(diào)查。通過全面普查,將查清我國農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民基本情況,掌握農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)情況、農(nóng)作物種植面積、新型
[Abstract]:According to the regulations of the National Agricultural Census regulations, the agricultural census is conducted every 10 years. The year of 6 is the census year, and the standard time is 24:00 on December 31 of the census year. The State Council has decided to launch the third National Agricultural Census in 2016. First, the agricultural census is a major national investigation of national strength. What is the significance of launching the third national agricultural census at this stage?.
