【摘要】：韓國政府為盤活閑置土地和調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)勞動力結(jié)構(gòu),實施了多項政策推進歸農(nóng)歸村,促進韓國農(nóng)村的持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文基于對韓國歸農(nóng)歸村事業(yè)的總結(jié),分析其成功的理論與實踐經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合當(dāng)前中國農(nóng)村的實際情況,可以加大對農(nóng)村政策和金融的支持力度;強化專項教育培訓(xùn)支持;成立農(nóng)業(yè)綜合中心,建設(shè)信息共享系統(tǒng);綜合整治村鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境,擴大農(nóng)村宣傳力度等推動中國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to invigorate idle land and adjust the structure of agricultural labor force, the Korean government has implemented many policies to promote the return of agriculture to villages and promote the sustainable development of South Korean rural areas. Based on the summary of the undertaking of returning to agriculture and returning to village in South Korea, this paper analyzes its successful theory and practical experience, combining with the actual situation of Chinese countryside, it can strengthen the support of rural policy and finance, strengthen the support of special education and training. Setting up the agricultural comprehensive center, constructing the information sharing system, comprehensively renovating the village and town environment, expanding the rural propaganda and so on, promoting the agricultural rural development of China.
