【摘要】：相比傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè),現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)擁有相當(dāng)廣闊的市場發(fā)展前景�，F(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)兼具農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)和高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的特征和功能:作為農(nóng)業(yè)高新技術(shù)的孵化器,它能夠提高糧食綜合生產(chǎn)能力,對促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)增收、抑制生產(chǎn)資料粗放使用、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境具有極其重要的作用;另一方面,它還能拉動當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)以及依托于此的第一產(chǎn)業(yè)大幅度轉(zhuǎn)型,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。由此,對于如何推動農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)健康發(fā)展,日益成為當(dāng)?shù)卣敖鹑跈C(jī)構(gòu)關(guān)注的焦點。具備農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)和科技企業(yè)兩種特質(zhì)的農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè),在發(fā)展上也面臨著上述兩者共同的困難,特別是融資困難。在這樣的背景下,如何應(yīng)對農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)融資需求及風(fēng)險特征,開展調(diào)查研究、提出解決方案,進(jìn)而改善發(fā)展經(jīng)營的內(nèi)外部融資條件,顯得尤為重要。本文針對企業(yè)發(fā)展的不同生命周期和發(fā)展階段的融資方式以及發(fā)展過程中面臨的融資問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,并針對性地探討了各種可行的融資渠道。本文采用實證分析、案例分析和比較分析方法,分析了農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)融資的困難和障礙,嘗試探索建立和完善農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)融資體系,以提高企業(yè)發(fā)展能力、科研技術(shù)水平乃至綜合競爭力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文針對農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析,并借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)的融資過程、融資模式等,對農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)融資提出建議。本文最后結(jié)合某農(nóng)業(yè)科技型企業(yè)的案例,對相關(guān)融資理論進(jìn)行討論驗證。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional agricultural production enterprises, modern agricultural science and technology enterprises have a broad market development prospects. Modern agricultural sci-tech production enterprises have the characteristics and functions of both agricultural enterprises and high-tech enterprises: as an incubator of agricultural high and new technology, it can increase the comprehensive grain production capacity, increase agricultural income, and curb the extensive use of the means of production. On the other hand, it can promote the local agricultural enterprises and the primary industry to transform greatly and promote the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, how to promote the healthy development of agricultural science and technology enterprises has increasingly become the focus of attention of local governments and financial institutions. Agricultural science and technology enterprises with two characteristics of agricultural enterprises and science and technology enterprises, in the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises are also facing the above two common difficulties, especially the difficulty of financing. Under this background, how to deal with the financing needs and risk characteristics of agricultural science and technology enterprises, carry out investigation and research, put forward solutions, and then improve the internal and external financing conditions of development and management, it is particularly important. In this paper, the financing methods of different life cycles and stages of enterprise development and the financing problems in the process of development are systematically combed, and various feasible financing channels are discussed. In this paper, using the methods of empirical analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the difficulties and obstacles of agricultural sci-tech enterprises' financing, and tries to establish and perfect the financing system of agricultural sci-tech enterprises in order to improve the development ability of agricultural sci-tech enterprises. Scientific research and technology level and even comprehensive competitiveness. On this basis, this paper studies and analyzes the current financing situation of agricultural science and technology enterprises, and draws lessons from the financing process and financing mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises in developed countries and regions, and puts forward some suggestions to the financing of agricultural science and technology enterprises. In the end, the paper discusses and verifies the related financing theory based on a case of an agricultural science and technology enterprise.
