【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)抵押物缺失或價(jià)值偏低,傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)農(nóng)村資金供給一直處于不足狀態(tài)�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起,對(duì)于滿足農(nóng)村資金需求提出了新的路徑選擇,眾籌、P2P平臺(tái)的廣泛使用給資金閑置者和資金短缺者建立了橋梁。文章總結(jié)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展的歷程以及農(nóng)村金融改革與發(fā)展演變過程,分析發(fā)展農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的必要性及發(fā)展模式,提出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展,需要傳統(tǒng)金融與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)金融監(jiān)管,構(gòu)建農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In rural areas, the value of collateral is low, and the supply of rural funds by traditional financial institutions has been in a state of insufficiency. With the rise of Internet finance, a new way to meet the rural capital needs has been put forward, and the wide use of peer-to-peer platform has built a bridge between the idle and the short of funds. This paper summarizes the course of the development of Internet finance and the reform and evolution of rural finance, analyzes the necessity and mode of developing rural Internet finance, and puts forward the development of Internet finance. Traditional finance and Internet development should be innovated synergistically, meanwhile, financial supervision should be strengthened, and the risk prevention mechanism of rural Internet finance should be constructed.
