【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)賢通過各種方式參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的開發(fā)和建設(shè),成為地方"美麗鄉(xiāng)村"建設(shè)中堅力量。分析鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的動機(jī)和模式,結(jié)果顯示:(1)鄉(xiāng)土情結(jié)是鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的主要推動因素;政府政策引導(dǎo)與支持是鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的主要拉引因素;宗族情感是鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的重要情感因素;土地及不動產(chǎn)是鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的重要資本考量;(2)鄉(xiāng)賢參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游模式大體有"出租土地、不動產(chǎn)和聲譽(yù)"、"作為協(xié)調(diào)人"和"作為投資的主體"三種模式;(3)知青鄉(xiāng)賢是福建內(nèi)陸鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的重要和特色力量;90后大學(xué)畢業(yè)生,在父母輩鄉(xiāng)賢的引導(dǎo)下,通過農(nóng)村淘寶等"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的新模式參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游,在農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè),成為福建省鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的亮點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Xiang Xian participates in the development and construction of rural tourism in various ways and becomes the backbone of local "beautiful countryside" construction. The results show that: (1) the rural complex is the main driving factor of rural tourism, the guidance and support of government policy is the main attraction factor of rural tourism; Clan emotion is an important emotional factor in rural tourism, land and real estate are important capital considerations for rural tourism. "Real estate and reputation", "as coordinator" and "as the main body of investment"; (3) educated youth and Xian are the important and characteristic force in developing rural tourism in inland rural areas of Fujian; post-90s college graduates, under the guidance of their parents, Taking part in rural tourism through the new mode of "internet" such as Taobao in rural areas, starting a business in rural areas has become a bright spot in the development of rural tourism in Fujian Province.
