【摘要】：近年來,國家對少數(shù)民族農(nóng)村地區(qū)的扶持力度不斷加大,在國家政策紅利的推動下,少數(shù)民族農(nóng)村社會發(fā)展取得了顯著成效,但作為外源動力的政府力量在長期推行中,其作用效力不斷弱化,并造成了少數(shù)民族農(nóng)牧民的弱勢心態(tài)和依賴心理,這些問題產(chǎn)生的根源在于外部政府扶持力量主導(dǎo)下的內(nèi)生動力不足。因此,要想充分激發(fā)少數(shù)民族農(nóng)村社會的發(fā)展動力,就必須轉(zhuǎn)變思維,將外在政策動力同激發(fā)內(nèi)源動力結(jié)合起來,使少數(shù)民族農(nóng)村社會發(fā)展從政府行為轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽园l(fā)自主行為。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has been increasing its support to ethnic minority rural areas. With the promotion of the national policy dividend, the social development of ethnic minority rural areas has achieved remarkable results, but the government force, as a source of foreign power, is in the process of being carried out for a long time. The effect of these problems has been weakened and resulted in the minority farmers and herdsmen's weak mentality and dependence psychology. The root of these problems lies in the lack of endogenous power under the guidance of external government support. Therefore, in order to fully stimulate the development motive force of minority rural society, we must change our thinking, combine the external policy motive force with the internal source power, and change the development of minority rural society from government behavior to spontaneous autonomous behavior.
