農(nóng)業(yè)文化視野下四川三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)提升策略研究

【摘要】:十八大以來,農(nóng)業(yè)文化的主體地位日益凸顯,中央和地方都在大力強調(diào)要在整合基層農(nóng)業(yè)文化資源的基礎(chǔ)上,深入挖掘農(nóng)業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵,開發(fā)農(nóng)業(yè)的多種功能,推進農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,推動地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。在新時期開發(fā)利用好三臺米棗文化資源,并運用到三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)中去,促進二者相互融合,創(chuàng)新三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,推動產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。四川省三臺縣是當(dāng)?shù)剡h(yuǎn)近聞名的中國米棗之鄉(xiāng),以嶄山米棗為代表的四川三臺米棗具有甘甜爽口、脆嫩多汁、外觀悅目和營養(yǎng)價值高并且成份比例最佳等特點,其有數(shù)百年的生產(chǎn)種植歷史,文化底蘊較為豐厚。但其傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)難已滿足人們的生活需求,因此,通過挖掘米棗的農(nóng)業(yè)文化資源,促進米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的市場需求,儼然亟需。近年來,三臺縣當(dāng)?shù)攸h委和政府大力發(fā)展特色米棗產(chǎn)業(yè),加強米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),拓寬米棗銷售渠道,扶持當(dāng)?shù)佚堫^企業(yè)及農(nóng)民合作社茁壯成長。通過舉行米棗文化節(jié)、米棗采摘等活動,做大做強三臺嶄山米棗文化品牌和市場競爭力,取得了顯著的成績,但也存在一些問題。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)文化逐漸成為專家學(xué)者的研究熱點,目前國內(nèi)已經(jīng)有學(xué)者開始以農(nóng)業(yè)文化為視角對農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)提升進行研究,但總的來說關(guān)于這方面的研究仍然較少,特別是對于米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究未見相關(guān)論述。本選題獨辟新徑,從農(nóng)業(yè)文化的角度,以縣域經(jīng)濟為單位,來分析探討如何利用米棗的農(nóng)業(yè)文化資源,結(jié)合目前產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做大做強三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè),促進產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,對推動三臺嶄山米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先在閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料和深入實地調(diào)查了解的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)習(xí)他人在農(nóng)業(yè)文化特別是棗文化的研究成果與經(jīng)驗,形成論文整體的框架;其次,在結(jié)合四川三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的具體實踐基礎(chǔ)上,本文主要運用文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論、農(nóng)業(yè)旅游開發(fā)理論,以改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)理論和可持續(xù)農(nóng)業(yè)理論為指導(dǎo),通過問卷調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場訪談分析四川三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)和米棗問題,充分認(rèn)知了四川三臺米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化資源現(xiàn)狀,目前其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭較好,文化資源較為豐富,但是在文化資源的開發(fā)利用上還比較薄弱;再次,在剖析四川三臺米棗文化資源類型的基礎(chǔ)上,運用層次分析法構(gòu)建四川三臺米棗文化資源價值評價體系,對四川三臺米棗文化資源進行評價;最后,結(jié)合四川省三臺縣的實際情況,對米棗產(chǎn)業(yè)提升給出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the dominant position of agricultural culture has become increasingly prominent. Both the central and local governments have strongly stressed the need to dig into the connotation of agricultural culture and develop various functions of agriculture on the basis of integrating grass-roots agricultural cultural resources. We will promote structural reform on the supply side of agriculture and promote regional industrial development. It is of great significance to develop and utilize the cultural resources of three rice jujube in the new period and apply them to the three rice jujube industry to promote their mutual fusion, to innovate the development mode of the three rice jujube industry and to promote the sustainable development of the industry. Santai County, Sichuan Province, is a famous hometown of Chinese rice and jujube. Sichuan Santai jujube, represented by Zhanshan rice jujube, is characterized by sweet and refreshing, crisp and juicy, pleasing appearance, high nutritional value and the best proportion of ingredients, etc. It has hundreds of years of production and planting history, cultural heritage is relatively rich. But its traditional development mode has been difficult to meet the needs of people, so it is urgent to tap the agricultural cultural resources of rice jujube, to promote the transformation and upgrading of rice and jujube industry, and to meet the increasing market demand. In recent years, the local party committee and government of Santai County have vigorously developed the characteristic rice and jujube industry, strengthened the infrastructure construction of rice jujube industry, broadened the distribution channels of rice jujube, and supported the local leading enterprises and farmers' cooperative to grow healthily. Through the activities such as rice jujube cultural festival and rice jujube picking, the cultural brand and market competitiveness of Santai Zanshanmizao have made remarkable achievements, but there are also some problems. With the agricultural culture gradually becoming the research hotspot of experts and scholars, at present, some domestic scholars have begun to study the industrial upgrading of agriculture from the perspective of agricultural culture, but generally speaking, the research on this aspect is still relatively few. Especially for rice jujube industry research did not see the relevant discussion. From the angle of agricultural culture and county economy, this paper analyzes and discusses how to utilize the agricultural cultural resources of rice jujube, and combine with the current situation of industrial development to strengthen the three rice jujube industry, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of Sanzhendai rice jujube industry. On the basis of reading the relevant literature and in-depth investigation, this paper first studies the achievements and experiences of others in agricultural culture, especially the jujube culture, and forms the overall framework of the thesis. On the basis of the concrete practice of the industrialization development of Sichuan Santai rice jujube, this paper mainly applies the theory of cultural industry and the theory of agricultural tourism development, and is guided by the transformation of traditional agricultural theory and the theory of sustainable agriculture. Through questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot interview and analysis of Sichuan Santai rice jujube industry and rice jujube industry, the present situation of Sichuan Santai jujube industry's cultural resources is fully recognized. At present, its industry development momentum is good, and its cultural resources are relatively rich. But in the development and utilization of cultural resources is relatively weak; thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the types of cultural resources of Sichuan Santai Ziziphus jujube, using the Analytic hierarchy process to construct the value evaluation system of Sichuan Santai Zizyphus jujube cultural resources. This paper evaluates the cultural resources of Santai Ziziphus jujuba in Sichuan Province, and finally, according to the actual situation in Santai County, Sichuan Province, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of rice jujube industry.
