【摘要】：由于中國長期實行城鄉(xiāng)二元分割的土地管理制度,致使農(nóng)村普遍存在土地資源浪費和不集約現(xiàn)象,阻礙了城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展進程。本文通過選取多因素綜合法,在利用層次分析法的思維方式基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建PSR模型對1996-2014年的中國農(nóng)村土地節(jié)約集約利用狀況進行了因子分析。測評發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與農(nóng)村土地節(jié)約集約利用有直接聯(lián)系,推動農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展是促進農(nóng)村土地節(jié)約集約利用的關(guān)鍵,目前中國農(nóng)村土地節(jié)約集約利用的總體發(fā)展趨勢良好,但與高水平利用有很大距離�；诖�,我們從土地制度、財政傾斜和農(nóng)村人力資源挖掘方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The land management system of dual division of urban and rural areas has been implemented in China for a long time, which leads to the widespread waste and non-intensification of land resources in rural areas, which hinders the development of integration of urban and rural areas. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs a PSR model to analyze the situation of rural land conservation and intensive utilization in China from 1996 to 2014. It is found that the level of economic development is directly related to the intensive utilization of rural land economy, and the promotion of agricultural development is the key to promoting the intensive utilization of rural land economy. At present, the overall development trend of rural land conservation and intensive utilization in China is good. But there is a long way to go with a high level of use. Based on this, we put forward suggestions from land system, financial inclination and rural human resources mining.
