【摘要】：文章首先回顧了世界林業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和理念,以及人類社會(huì)對(duì)森林和林業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)的變遷。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納了在全球化背景下世界林業(yè)發(fā)展新理念,包括綠色發(fā)展、全球森林治理、氣候智能型林業(yè)、森林資源彈性管理、多元化森林經(jīng)營(yíng)、林業(yè)生物經(jīng)濟(jì)及民生林業(yè)等7個(gè)方面。最后,針對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前林業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,提出了促進(jìn)未來(lái)林業(yè)發(fā)展的5點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper first reviews the course and concept of world forestry development and the changes of human society's understanding of forest and forestry. On this basis, the paper summarizes the new concepts of world forestry development under the background of globalization, including green development, global forest governance, climate intelligent forestry, elastic management of forest resources, and diversified forest management. Forestry biological economy and people's livelihood forestry and other seven aspects. Finally, in view of the present situation of forestry in China, the paper puts forward five policy suggestions to promote the development of forestry in the future.
