【摘要】：近年來(lái),中央連續(xù)多年出臺(tái)的1號(hào)文件都是涉農(nóng)文件,核心問(wèn)題都是要解決農(nóng)民收入長(zhǎng)期,保障糧食生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的供給,解決農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的制約問(wèn)題,全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)。和龍市作為少數(shù)民族聚集區(qū)——延邊州的一個(gè)重要水稻生產(chǎn)縣級(jí)市,大米是朝鮮族城鄉(xiāng)居民的主食,水稻種植一直是本地的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),水稻種植面積和水稻種植技術(shù)都在全州有傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。其中,水稻種植面積占全州水稻種植面積的四分之一,水稻年總產(chǎn)量占全市糧食總產(chǎn)一半以上,水稻種植收益是農(nóng)民重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入來(lái)源,占農(nóng)民純收到的絕大部分,對(duì)本地農(nóng)民生活起著主導(dǎo)作用。因此,研究和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,利用實(shí)地調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、SWOT研究法去全面分析和龍市水稻生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售等各環(huán)節(jié),提高水稻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,提高水稻單位產(chǎn)量,提高產(chǎn)品檔次,增加產(chǎn)品附加值,是解決農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力不足,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、農(nóng)民增收緩慢有借鑒意義,也實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè)步伐。為類似地區(qū)提供先導(dǎo)意義。研究共有五個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。第一章是緒論部分。主要包括選題背景、研究目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)行研究情況的綜述以及研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法等方面的內(nèi)容。第二章是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論。主要闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變理論、區(qū)域分工理論和SWOT分析方法相關(guān)研究理論概述。第三章是水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。從世界、我國(guó)、吉林省三方面描述了水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,詳細(xì)闡述了和龍市基本情況、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、以及和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章是和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境和戰(zhàn)略分析(SWOT分析),分析和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),展望了和龍市水稻發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)與發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn),得出了和龍市水稻發(fā)展的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)第五章通過(guò)前四章的分析比較,提出了和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及建議,確立了和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體思路和發(fā)展目標(biāo),擬定了和龍市水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要經(jīng)歷的三個(gè)階段,即戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)階段、戰(zhàn)略延伸階段和宣傳、文化和資源整合階段。
[Abstract]:In recent years, document No. 1, issued by the Central Committee for many years in a row, is an agriculture-related document. The core issues are to solve the long-term problem of farmers' income, to ensure grain production and supply of agricultural products, and to solve the constraints faced by rural economic development. Building a well-off society in an all-round way. As an important rice production county city in Yanbian prefecture, where ethnic minorities are concentrated, Halong City is a staple food for Korean residents in both urban and rural areas, and rice cultivation has always been a traditional local industry. Rice planting area and rice planting technology have traditional advantages in the whole state. Among them, the rice planting area accounts for 1/4 of the total rice planting area in the whole state, and the annual total rice yield accounts for more than half of the total grain production in the whole city. Rice planting income is an important source of economic income for farmers, accounting for the vast majority of the net income received by farmers. It plays a leading role in the life of local farmers. Therefore, to study the development of the rice industry in Helong City, and to comprehensively analyze all aspects of rice production, processing and sales in Helong City by using the field survey method and the SWOT method of literature research, to improve rice standardization and increase rice yield per unit. To improve the grade of products and increase the added value of products is to solve the shortage of rural labor force, the irrational structure of agricultural economy, the slow increase of farmers' income, the realization of sustainable development of agriculture and the acceleration of the pace of new rural construction. Provide forerunner meaning for similar area. There are five aspects in the study. The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly includes the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the summary of the current research situation in China and the contents and methods of the research. The second chapter is the theory of industrial development. This paper introduces the theory of industrial structure evolution, regional division of labor and SWOT analysis. The third chapter is the present situation analysis of rice industry development. This paper describes the development of rice industry in three aspects of world, China and Jilin Province, and expounds the basic situation, industrial development and present situation of rice industry in Helong city in detail. The fourth chapter is the development environment and strategy analysis of rice industry in Helong city (SWOT analysis), analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of rice industry in Helong city, and looks forward to the development opportunities and challenges of rice industry in Helong city. The fifth chapter, through the analysis and comparison of the first four chapters, puts forward the development strategy and suggestion of the rice industry in Helong city, and establishes the overall idea and development goal of the rice industry development in the city of Helong. In this paper, three stages of rice industry development in Hulong city are drawn up, which are strategic basic stage, strategic extension stage and propaganda stage, culture and resource integration stage.
