基于地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性區(qū)劃的盈江縣農(nóng)村居民點空間布局優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為增強農(nóng)村居民點地質(zhì)環(huán)境安全布局認識,科學(xué)推動農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地可持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。以云南省盈江縣為研究區(qū)域,選擇坡度、線性構(gòu)造等評價指標,用Logistic回歸模型對研究區(qū)進行了地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性區(qū)劃,其中為了統(tǒng)一評價單元,通過ArcGIS建立魚網(wǎng)將相關(guān)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)格化。再根據(jù)地質(zhì)災(zāi)害危險性區(qū)劃結(jié)果對現(xiàn)狀農(nóng)村居民點布局進行相關(guān)分析和研究。結(jié)果表明:盈江縣地質(zhì)災(zāi)害區(qū)劃分區(qū)結(jié)果中的中高易發(fā)區(qū)占到全縣總面積的63.57%,包含全縣95.83%的歷史地質(zhì)災(zāi)害點;且農(nóng)村居民點位于地質(zhì)災(zāi)害中、高易發(fā)區(qū)的面積占居民點總面積比例達到74.55%,所有鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)都有位于高易發(fā)區(qū)的居民點;基于農(nóng)村居民點現(xiàn)狀與區(qū)劃結(jié)果,將各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)及其典型村落劃分為3個級別,并針對性地提出"梯度推進"、"內(nèi)部整改"、"就地城鎮(zhèn)化"3種優(yōu)化方向。
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the understanding of the geological environment safety distribution in rural residential areas, the sustainable and healthy development of rural construction land can be promoted scientifically. Taking Yingjiang County, Yunnan Province as the study area, slope and linear structure were selected, and the geological hazard risk regionalization was carried out with Logistic regression model, in order to unify the evaluation unit. The relevant geographic information data is gridded through the establishment of fish net by ArcGIS. Based on the results of geological hazard zoning, the distribution of rural residential areas is analyzed and studied. The results show that the middle and high risk areas account for 63.57% of the total area of the whole county, including 95.83% of the historical geological hazards in Yingjiang County, and the rural residential areas are located in the geological disasters. The proportion of the area of high-susceptible areas to the total area of residential areas reached 74.555.All townships had settlements located in high-susceptible areas, and based on the present situation of rural settlements and the results of regionalization, the villages and towns and their typical villages were divided into three levels. It also puts forward three optimization directions: "gradient advance", "internal rectification" and "local urbanization".
