【摘要】：當(dāng)前鄉(xiāng)村旅游在我國迎來重要發(fā)展期,隨著國家旅游扶貧的提出,鄉(xiāng)村旅游因其具有帶動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、繁榮鄉(xiāng)村文化、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的作用而被越來越多的地方所推崇,由此衍生出形式多樣、內(nèi)容豐富的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),習(xí)水縣就是其中一個例子。本文以習(xí)水縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點,分別對習(xí)水縣開展鄉(xiāng)村旅游所具有的優(yōu)勢條件和面臨的不利因素進(jìn)行分析,再結(jié)合綜合分析法,對習(xí)水縣發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游存在問題的原因進(jìn)行深度挖掘,并結(jié)合習(xí)水縣縣情,進(jìn)而找到一條適合習(xí)水縣的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展之路。本文共分七個部分:第一部分是“緒論”:選題背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究的思路和研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點;第二部分是對鄉(xiāng)村旅游概述,包括鄉(xiāng)村旅游的功能、特征、意義,以及鄉(xiāng)村旅游方面的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),包括可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,比較優(yōu)勢理論,系統(tǒng)理論,體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)理論等;第三部分是對習(xí)水縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游的現(xiàn)狀分析,闡述了習(xí)水縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了習(xí)水縣發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的作用,還分析了習(xí)水縣發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的優(yōu)勢、劣勢和所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),這對后面章節(jié)提出對策有關(guān)鍵作用;第四部指出了習(xí)水縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游中存在的問題并進(jìn)行了總結(jié),包括硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后、旅游管理和服務(wù)水平低、缺乏總體統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、管理單位行政級別過低、政府投資力度不夠、季節(jié)性強(qiáng)等,為后面章節(jié)找出成因作了鋪墊;第五部分在第四部分問題的基礎(chǔ)上,找出原因,包括國家級貧困縣底子薄、行政管理制度不完善、思想認(rèn)識高度不高、政策扶持力度不夠、資金支持幅度不大、宣傳輿論引導(dǎo)不到位、旅游產(chǎn)品特色不突出等;第六部分是在第五部分基礎(chǔ)上,從習(xí)水縣自身實際情況出發(fā),提出解決習(xí)水鄉(xiāng)村旅游問題的對策,包括統(tǒng)一科學(xué)規(guī)劃、完善體制和給予政策優(yōu)惠、資金保障、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)、文化氛圍、區(qū)域組團(tuán)、打造精品旅游等;第七部分是“結(jié)論和展望”,主要總結(jié)文章的一些研究成果和觀點,并提出研究展望。
[Abstract]:At present, rural tourism is facing an important development period in our country. With the proposal of national tourism poverty alleviation, rural tourism has been praised by more and more places for its role of driving economic development, flourishing rural culture and protecting ecological environment. This gives rise to various forms of rural tourism products and services, Xishui County is one example. Based on the current situation of rural tourism development in Xishui County, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of rural tourism in Xishui County, and then combines the comprehensive analysis method. In this paper, the causes of the problems in the development of rural tourism in Xishui County are deeply explored, and the situation of Xishui County is combined to find a suitable way for the development of rural tourism in Xishui County. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is "introduction": the background and significance of the topic, literature review at home and abroad, research ideas and research content, research methods and innovation; the second part is an overview of rural tourism. Including the function, characteristics, significance of rural tourism, as well as the related theoretical basis of rural tourism, including sustainable development theory, comparative advantage theory, system theory, experience economy theory and so on; The third part is the analysis of the current situation of rural tourism in Xishui County, the development of rural tourism in Xishui County, the role of developing rural tourism in Xishui County, and the advantages of developing rural tourism in Xishui County. Disadvantages and opportunities and challenges are key to the following chapters. Part IV points out the problems in rural tourism in Xishui County and summarizes them, including backward hardware infrastructure, low level of tourism management and service. Lack of overall unified planning, too low administrative level of management units, insufficient government investment, strong seasonality, etc. This paves the way for the later chapters to find out the causes; the fifth part finds out the reasons on the basis of the fourth part of the problem. It includes the poverty county at the national level, the administrative system is not perfect, the ideological understanding is not high, the policy support is not enough, the fund support is not enough, the propaganda and public opinion guidance is not in place, the tourism product characteristic is not outstanding and so on. The sixth part is based on the fifth part, from the actual situation of Xishui County, put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of Xishui rural tourism, including unified scientific planning, perfect the system and give preferential policies, financial protection, strengthen training. The seventh part is "conclusion and Prospect", mainly summarizes some research results and viewpoints of the article, and puts forward the research prospect.
