【摘要】：多民族聚居的廣西壯族自治區(qū),是中國多民族國家的一個(gè)微觀影像,也是中華民族"多元一體"民族關(guān)系的典型地區(qū)。新中國成立以來,廣西立足基本區(qū)情,積極實(shí)踐和進(jìn)一步探索中國特色民族地區(qū)發(fā)展改革與穩(wěn)定之路,走出了一條具有中國特色、廣西特點(diǎn)的民族工作路子。在當(dāng)下精準(zhǔn)扶貧戰(zhàn)略工作實(shí)施開展,到2020年全面建成小康社會(huì)的新形勢(shì)下,加快推進(jìn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步事業(yè)發(fā)展,采取強(qiáng)有力措施脫貧攻堅(jiān)改善民生,恒久保持民族地區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步邊疆繁榮穩(wěn)定,需始終處理好民族團(tuán)結(jié)與精準(zhǔn)扶貧互相促進(jìn)、相互推進(jìn)發(fā)展的關(guān)系問題。本文以廣西民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步模范集體煙墩鎮(zhèn)鄧塘村為考察重點(diǎn),以民族團(tuán)結(jié)與精準(zhǔn)扶貧雙推進(jìn)展開為分析的重要內(nèi)容,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合實(shí)際有針對(duì)性地提出了一些建議對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, which is inhabited by many nationalities, is a microscopic image of China's multi-ethnic country and a typical region of the "pluralistic" ethnic relations of the Chinese nation. Since the founding of New China, Guangxi has actively practiced and further explored the road of development, reform and stability of ethnic areas with Chinese characteristics based on the basic regional conditions, and has taken a national work path with Chinese characteristics and Guangxi characteristics. Under the new situation of carrying out the strategy of precision poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020, we should speed up the development of the cause of national unity and progress, and take strong measures to overcome poverty and improve people's livelihood. To maintain the sustainable development of ethnic areas and the prosperity and stability of the frontier areas, we should always deal with the relationship between national unity and accurate poverty alleviation, which promote each other and promote each other's development. This paper focuses on Deng Tang Village of Yandun Town, a model collective of national unity and progress in Guangxi, and analyzes the important contents of the dual promotion of national unity and accurate poverty alleviation. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward in combination with the actual situation.
