【摘要】：一帶一路戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施為我國(guó)與中亞五國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易合作帶來(lái)全新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),一方面對(duì)夯實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易合作基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,營(yíng)造積極的政治文化環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙方農(nóng)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)具有重要的推動(dòng)作用;另一方面,農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劇烈,中亞五國(guó)投資環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定,雙邊農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易合作結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡,合作格局保守性等也對(duì)我國(guó)與中亞五國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易合作帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)此,既要從政府的角度加強(qiáng)雙邊貿(mào)易政策溝通,創(chuàng)設(shè)積極的雙邊貿(mào)易合作環(huán)境,也要引導(dǎo)國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的規(guī)�；l(fā)展形成合力,以擴(kuò)大雙邊農(nóng)業(yè)合作范圍和合作規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:The implementation of Belt and Road strategy brings new opportunities and challenges to agricultural trade cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries. On the one hand, it will strengthen the infrastructure of agricultural trade cooperation and create a positive political and cultural environment. On the other hand, the competition in the international market for agricultural trade is fierce, the investment environment of the five Central Asian countries is unstable, and the structure of bilateral agricultural trade cooperation is not balanced. The conservatism of cooperation pattern has also brought great challenges to agricultural trade cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries. In order to expand the scope and scale of bilateral agricultural cooperation, it is necessary to strengthen bilateral trade policy communication from the angle of government, to create a positive environment for bilateral trade cooperation, and to guide the large-scale development of domestic agricultural enterprises to form a resultant force.
