【摘要】：泰國(guó)一直堅(jiān)持"以農(nóng)業(yè)立國(guó)"的方針,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,泰國(guó)加快了與周邊國(guó)家和地區(qū)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品雙邊貿(mào)易,特別是借助與中國(guó)簽署的一系列農(nóng)產(chǎn)品關(guān)稅貿(mào)易協(xié)定,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易實(shí)現(xiàn)自由化、無稅化及互惠互利,貿(mào)易額實(shí)現(xiàn)極速增長(zhǎng),目前是亞洲第二農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口國(guó)。隨著中國(guó)"一帶一路"倡議和"走出去"戰(zhàn)略的提出,如何有效地讓農(nóng)業(yè)"走出去"成為中國(guó)外交活動(dòng)和農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)開展對(duì)外合作的抓手至關(guān)重要�？紤]到泰國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社在當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工、運(yùn)輸、信貸服務(wù)及對(duì)外貿(mào)易方面都發(fā)揮了重要作用,本文以服務(wù)中國(guó)外交為大局,以服務(wù)農(nóng)業(yè)"走出去"為導(dǎo)向,對(duì)泰國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社基本情況進(jìn)行介紹,就泰國(guó)開展對(duì)外農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易合作存在的問題、原因及有關(guān)政策建議等進(jìn)行了梳理探討。
[Abstract]:Thailand has always adhered to the principle of "building a country on agriculture." since entering the 21st century, Thailand has accelerated bilateral trade in agricultural products with neighboring countries and regions, especially through a series of agricultural tariff trade agreements signed with China. Agricultural trade has been liberalized, tax free and mutually beneficial, and trade volume has been growing at an extremely high speed. At present, it is the second agricultural export country in Asia. With the development of China's "Belt and Road" initiative and "going out" strategy, how to effectively let agriculture "go out" becomes the grasping hand of China's diplomatic activities and agricultural enterprises to carry out foreign cooperation. Considering that Thai agricultural cooperatives have played an important role in the production, processing, transportation, credit services and foreign trade of local agricultural products, this paper focuses on serving the overall situation of China's diplomacy and "going global" in serving agriculture, This paper introduces the basic situation of Thailand's agricultural cooperatives, and discusses the problems, causes and relevant policy suggestions of Thailand's agricultural trade cooperation with foreign countries.
