新媒體在農(nóng)業(yè)傳播中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:從古至今,中國的“三農(nóng)”問題一直未從根本上解決,農(nóng)業(yè)問題與廣大農(nóng)民的切身利益息息相關(guān),更有甚者,影響到國民經(jīng)濟的綜合發(fā)展。鄧小平同志曾經(jīng)指出,科技是第一生產(chǎn)力,要解決“三農(nóng)”問題,大力發(fā)展科技是必不可少的重要因素。如今,全球進入互聯(lián)共享時代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)遍布社會各個角落,一場驚天動地的改革勢在必行。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在農(nóng)村地區(qū)得到普及,新媒體這一概念在農(nóng)村地區(qū)得到使用和重視,這使得我國農(nóng)業(yè)在全面深化改革的浪潮中保持良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。新媒體將有關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)的政策、發(fā)展趨勢、新知識及新經(jīng)驗方便快捷地傳遞給農(nóng)民,讓農(nóng)民了解且深入實踐后,進而有效轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力,為加快中國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的步伐助力。相較于傳統(tǒng)傳播媒介,新媒體具有獨特的傳播優(yōu)勢,如傳播面廣、傳播效率高、傳播速度快等。實踐證明,新媒體技術(shù)是生產(chǎn)力,它能夠有效促進社會各個方面的快速發(fā)展。因此,新媒體應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域,也會帶來顯著的效果,并將引來新一輪的農(nóng)業(yè)改革。但是,縱觀我國目前新媒體應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,新媒體要扎扎實實落戶于農(nóng)村,在理論上、實踐上,還需要解決一系列問題,還有很長的路要走。本文首先論述了當(dāng)前我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題的嚴(yán)峻性,新媒體技術(shù)的日益成熟及其 .在我國社會生活中的普及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,新媒體在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的發(fā)展前景。其次,本文對一些關(guān)鍵性名詞進行了界定分析,以期把復(fù)雜的學(xué)術(shù)問題簡單化,并運用對比分析法,對新媒體背景下的農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播和傳統(tǒng)媒體下的農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播進行對比研究,對國內(nèi)外新媒體應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播的實踐進行對比研究,進而總結(jié)出新媒體在農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。再次,深入論述了新媒體在當(dāng)今農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播中的優(yōu)勢及存在的問題,并進一步分析這些問題產(chǎn)生的可能性原因,并結(jié)合之前國外新媒體在農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播應(yīng)用中的情況,吸取經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),總結(jié)啟示意義。最后,有針對性的提出了我國新媒體在農(nóng)業(yè)信息傳播應(yīng)用方面的四點建議。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China have not been solved fundamentally. The agricultural problems are closely related to the vital interests of the peasants, and even affect the comprehensive development of the national economy. Comrade Deng Xiaoping has pointed out that science and technology is the first productive force, to solve the "three rural" problem, vigorously develop science and technology is an essential and important factor. Nowadays, as the world enters the era of interconnection and sharing, network technology spreads all over the society, and an earth-shaking reform is imperative. With the popularity of the Internet in rural areas, the concept of new media has been used and attached importance to in rural areas, which makes China's agriculture in an all-round deepening of the wave of reform to maintain a good trend of development. The new media will have the policy, the development trend, the new knowledge and the new experience about the agriculture to pass on to the farmer conveniently and quickly, lets the farmer understand and practice deeply, then effectively transforms into the productive force, in order to speed up the pace of the construction of the new countryside in China. Compared with the traditional media, the new media has unique advantages, such as wide spread, high efficiency and high speed. Practice has proved that new media technology is productivity, it can effectively promote the rapid development of all aspects of society. Therefore, the application of new media in the field of agriculture will also bring significant results and will lead to a new round of agricultural reform. However, looking at the current situation of new media application in agriculture in our country, new media should settle down in rural areas in a down-to-earth manner. In theory and practice, a series of problems still need to be solved, and there is still a long way to go. In this paper, the austere problem of agricultural development in China, the maturation of new media technology and its development are discussed. The present situation of popularization and application in social life of our country, the development prospect of new media application in agricultural field. Secondly, this paper defines and analyzes some key nouns in order to simplify the complex academic problems and use the comparative analysis method. This paper makes a comparative study on the agricultural information dissemination under the new media background and the agricultural information dissemination under the traditional media, and makes a comparative study on the application of the new media to the agricultural information dissemination at home and abroad. Then summarizes the application of new media in agricultural information dissemination. Thirdly, the advantages and problems of new media in agricultural information dissemination are discussed in depth, and the possible reasons for these problems are further analyzed, and combined with the situation of the application of new media in agricultural information dissemination in foreign countries. Draw lessons from experience and summarize the significance of enlightenment. Finally, the paper puts forward four suggestions on the application of new media in agricultural information dissemination.
