【摘要】：當(dāng)前,日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)需要從關(guān)注“價(jià)格”,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注“質(zhì)量”、關(guān)注“品質(zhì)”的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理模式的運(yùn)用實(shí)施是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)提升管理增加和提高效率的重要途徑,運(yùn)用實(shí)施、有效傳播好先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理模式有助于推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。本文選取了一個(gè)福建茶葉傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)XTY公司作案例分析,探討了該企業(yè)運(yùn)用先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理模式一卓越績(jī)效質(zhì)量管理模式的全過程,梳理出導(dǎo)入實(shí)施管理模式后取得的成果,得出先進(jìn)管理模式的運(yùn)用提升了該企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)、內(nèi)部管理水平、品牌知名度以及創(chuàng)新能力的結(jié)果。同時(shí)就該企業(yè)導(dǎo)入實(shí)施卓越績(jī)效管理模式的一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以思考建議的方式進(jìn)行梳理,可為該企業(yè)進(jìn)一步深入導(dǎo)入實(shí)施,以及現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)提升質(zhì)量管理提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increasingly fierce market competition, agricultural enterprises need to focus on "price", gradually to pay attention to "quality" and "quality" competition. The application of advanced quality management model is an important way for modern agricultural enterprises to increase management and improve efficiency. The effective dissemination of advanced quality management model will help to promote agricultural modernization. This paper selects XTY Company, a traditional tea agricultural enterprise in Fujian Province, as a case study, discusses the whole process of applying the advanced quality management model-excellent performance quality management mode, and combs out the results obtained after introducing the implementation of the management model. The application of advanced management mode improves the enterprise's products and services, internal management level, brand awareness and innovation ability. At the same time, some successful experiences of implementing excellent performance management mode in this enterprise are combed out in the way of thinking and suggestions, which can provide reference for the further introduction and implementation of the enterprise and the promotion of quality management in modern agricultural enterprises.
