【摘要】：脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)是黨在"十三五"時期的重大任務(wù),是逐步實現(xiàn)共同富裕的基礎(chǔ)和前提。我們必須要因地制宜,牢牢把握脫貧目標、扶貧對象等各關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),準確判斷脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)面臨的形勢,確保精準脫貧實效,實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會的目標。
[Abstract]:The fight against poverty is the important task of the party in the "13th Five-Year" period. It is the basis and prerequisite for the gradual realization of common prosperity. We must grasp the goal of poverty reduction and the key links of poverty alleviation, and accurately judge the situation of the fight against poverty, ensure the actual effect of poverty reduction and achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
