【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是推動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,改善城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境,提高農(nóng)民收入的重要手段。但在推動(dòng)過程中,受限于城鄉(xiāng)之間制度、成本、觀念等多種制約因素,部分進(jìn)入城市的農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口并未享受到其該有的“市民”權(quán)利。為盡快解決這一問題,國家和地區(qū)大力推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化,實(shí)施了一系列針對(duì)性的政策和措施。政府市民化的推動(dòng)為農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口落戶城鎮(zhèn)掃除了部分外部障礙,其落戶城鎮(zhèn)的門檻進(jìn)一步降低,農(nóng)民自主選擇的重要性不斷升高。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,人口遷移主體的獨(dú)立性與日俱增,如何正確掌握其遷移意愿成為下一步推進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵。本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外理論研究進(jìn)行整理和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口遷移意愿為研究主體,通過會(huì)議座談、資料收集、入戶調(diào)研以及問卷調(diào)查等多種調(diào)研手段,運(yùn)用回歸分析等計(jì)量手法,研究現(xiàn)階段萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的遷移意愿及特征、遷移意愿影響因素。并運(yùn)用研究得出的結(jié)果,對(duì)萊蕪市市民化存在的問題進(jìn)行客觀的分析,提出了分步實(shí)施、城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境提升、城鎮(zhèn)化和美麗鄉(xiāng)村同步建設(shè)、制度改革以及農(nóng)業(yè)化和市民化的同步推進(jìn)五個(gè)方面策略和建議,旨在對(duì)萊蕪市下一步的農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化提供一定的指導(dǎo)和建議。本文主要分為以下六大部分:1.闡述了本文的研究背景及意義、研究目的,并對(duì)本文相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定和辨別。2.對(duì)國內(nèi)外市民化、遷移意愿研究進(jìn)行相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和理論進(jìn)行綜述。3.對(duì)萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的現(xiàn)狀和遷移意愿特征進(jìn)行客觀描述,深入分析萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的遷移歷程,初步得出影響萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口遷移意愿的影響因素。4.在成本收益模型的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)影響萊蕪市農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口遷移的意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行二元Logistic分析,尋求影響因素中的顯著性因素。5.依據(jù)前文的研究結(jié)果,對(duì)萊蕪市人口市民化進(jìn)程中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出相關(guān)策略。6.結(jié)論和展望�？偨Y(jié)本文的研究成果,指出研究的創(chuàng)新之處和不足之處。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important means to promote the development of national economy, improve the urban and rural environment, and increase farmers' income. However, in the process of promotion, limited by the system between urban and rural, cost, concept and other constraints, some of the urban agricultural transfer population did not enjoy the "citizen" rights it should have. In order to solve this problem as soon as possible, the country and the region vigorously promote the urbanization of agricultural transfer population, and implement a series of targeted policies and measures. The promotion of government citizenization has removed some external obstacles for the establishment of agricultural transfer population, the threshold of which has been further reduced, and the importance of farmers' self-choice has been rising. Under the market economy system, the independence of the main body of population migration is increasing day by day. On the basis of the theoretical research at home and abroad, this paper takes the willingness of agricultural migration in Laiwu as the main body of research, through meetings and discussions, data collection, household research and questionnaire survey and other research means. By means of regression analysis and other metrological techniques, this paper studies the migration intention and characteristics of the agricultural transfer population in Laiwu City at present, and the influencing factors of the migration intention. Using the results of the study, the paper analyzes objectively the problems existing in the urbanization of Laiwu City, and puts forward the following points: step by step implementation, promotion of the urban environment, urbanization and the simultaneous construction of the beautiful countryside. The reform of the system and the simultaneous promotion of agricultural and municipal policies and suggestions are aimed at providing some guidance and suggestions for the urbanization of the next step of agricultural transfer population in Laiwu City. This article is divided into the following six parts: 1. This paper expounds the background and significance of the research, the purpose of the research, and defines and distinguishes the related concepts in this paper. This paper summarizes the literature and theory on the study of citizenship and migration intention at home and abroad. 3. This paper objectively describes the present situation and the characteristics of the migration intention of the agricultural transfer population in Laiwu City, analyzes the migration process of the agricultural transfer population in Laiwu City, and preliminarily obtains the influencing factors of the migration intention of the agricultural transfer population in Laiwu City. On the basis of cost-benefit model, using the statistical data of questionnaire, this paper makes a binary Logistic analysis on the influencing factors of the willingness of agricultural transfer population migration in Laiwu City, and seeks the significant factors among the influencing factors .5. According to the previous research results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of population-oriented population in Laiwu City, and puts forward some relevant strategies. 6. Conclusions and prospects This paper summarizes the research results, points out the innovation and shortcomings of the study.
